I keep getting calls from this number on my cell. They never leave a message and when you call back, you get a recording that they are trying to verify your order. I do not have any outstanding orders, and am not sure how they got my cell number as I never give it out.

I keep getting calls from this number. As a rule I don't return calls from #'s I don't recognize but I did this one and it is a fraudulent number.  I have NO outstanding order and I am getting very irritated by the constant calling.  I plan to report the number and have it blocked.

got a call from this number, then i called it back. got voice message saying that an order was shipped and they wanted to verify shipping info for a product that i never orderd.  messagg center ask to leave my number for call back.

I also received a call from this annoying scam number, didn't answer, and will block it.

This is one of about 3 callers that have been harassing me. It must have to do with a school grant that I DID NOT apply for, just inquired about! Whats even worse is that their information came to me through the unemployment agency! What a scam!

I've had the same problem. Lady called 6 times today from "Guest services" asking about my order. I've told her repeatedly to stop calling. How do I report/block this number?

Received two calls from this number today.  No message from the first..answered the second.  Person knew my name and said they were calling from "Vista".  I told them to remove me from whatever list they were getting my number from since it was on all do-not-call lists.  

The caller seemed unhappy that I didn't care who they were and wanted to be removed.  When I insisted, they hung up.

this number has been calling me all day but not speaking when i answer or leaving a message. then a blocked number called just now & when i answered it was some kid in a crowded room trying to inform me about a gas card i won. he knew my previous address & was 'confirming' that i still live there. i told him i did not live there anymore & i updated my information so he can check with the company. he then said "ok, i'll just call back at a better time for you" & hung up. what bothers me is how he had my old address & phone number. he also knew what kind of card i have. visa/ master card/ etc.

my husband gets this caller at least once a day, they never say anything, i thought they couldn't call your cell, anything we can do?

I got a call today from some girl trying to verify an order for a magazine we never heard of.  When I told the girl we never placed the order, she said "wahtever" and hung up.  I reported this activity to our local police as we are on the national DO NOT CALL list and I also suspect interstate fraud (the number is from Michigan and we are in California).

Has anyone confirmed their name or city with these people before? I want to know what would happen. I am only 18 and live on my own so I didn't know what was going on. I did confirm my name and city. Does this mean that I am going to be charged for something? Can someone help me out?

Same as one of the above - about free gas ( They read me the last four of my Visa Card )
wanted to verify my address.  6:pm Pacific time 2/21/11

  I sent in  Spam attempt email to the company who issued my card.
Then called to report lost/stolen card in hopes of preventing activity. However
I got a message that they were closed - Call back Tuesday
I hope you folks are more successful.

Hey Joe, judging from the messages above, you probably gave them enough information to harass you even more!  If they call again, i would not answer & also i'd block that #.   They can't charge you anything  that you did not authorize.  If something suspicious comes up on your credit card, call the credit company right away and let them know that charge was not authorized, so you can get your money back.  

As a general rule, I NEVER give out any personal or financial info over the phone - unless I initiated the call.  Think about it.  The bank, the credit card company, etc., they already have your info.  Why would they be calling you in the first place.   Good luck!

I just received the same phone call.  I used my check card a few times this weekend and last week, and they called to let me know that my order is shipping.  I had no idea what they were talking about and since they caught me off guard at work, I didn't think to question any of it. I wish I had because I agreed to letting them send me the $125 gas card and 5 issues of US Weekly for $1.  They said I can cancel up to 30 days, which I intend to, but now I'm concerned that they're going to do something with my banking information. I have no way of getting back in touch with these people so I'm just hoping that if something does go wrong, I can report it to my credit card company and they will take care of it.  I won't be making this mistake again!

I started getting calls 3 days ago. Same issue as everything here. The only thing I can associate this company with is with that stupid iRenew bracelet order I tried to cancel unsuccessfully. This is the only company I mistakenly gave my cell phone number to.

Same thing as everyone else. It just scares me that they have my credit card number. When i asked them how they go tmy number and credit card number they hung up. I have filled a police report and report with the BBB. Dont let these people take your money!!!

the phone #231-337-2143 calls my phone at least 4 x a day.  i have the call blocked, however i am tired of it coming up every day!  i called the number back and followed the prompts to "PERMANENTLY REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THE INTERNAL CALLING LIST"  as it said on the recording.  I have filed a report with the BBB.
