Mike Jones from Advance Cash Experts sent me email demanding money and asking me to call this number.

This same guy was calling me on my old phone number it was reported to online cybercrimes website last yr I had to change my phone number he was calling my place of employment had to put out a company wide email alert explaining the issue and not to foreward any calls from this person He called from multiple different numbers, and though by voice could tell same (iranian, indian) told me he was 6 different people yelling at me threating to send feds to my home and freeze my social security number until further legal action was takin.  I have just recieved a email that was forewarded to my SPAM account . I also have put my number, name on DO NOT CALL LIST !!!! I refuse to call this guy to prevent him getting my new phone number.

I received an email yesterday from a Mike Jones demanding I repay a loan to a company I never heard of. He threaten that he would take legal action against me if I don't respond in two days. He hasn't called my job yet, but I'm sure he will. I will not be responding to this guy. Scam! Scam! Scam!

This is a criminal extortion ring operating out of India. ABC News released an investigative report on it in June. The FTC has indicted one of its ringleaders for criminal fraud:

It said urgent Kindly sort out this matter! from Mike Jones Legal Consultant Legal group of attorneys Nation wide.

saying this is in reference to my account with advance cash expert and that it was referred to my office for collection action. We are a legal attorney based in Michigan and New York. As per the client you are currently several payments behind on this pay day loan account. The total amount due oustanding is $684.89 also says he is instructed to bring legal action  I did not have any loans with the company he is naming!!!!  sounds funny to me!!! Since when due attorneys contact by email???? I have not responded to this email or phone number of 231-354-2500

That is the exact same dollar amount that he emailed me this morning too.. mmm

This is such a hoax... I have no idea how he got my email, phone or last four of social... My email was hacked into as well.... Same message as above, same dollar amount.... phone message left on my phone saying that if I didn't pay the feds were coming to my house to arrest me.  Called him back (I know I should not have) I was so irritated... he threatened to hurt my family if I didn't pay... he says he knows where I live.  Also received same call from a Daniel Cooper in Los Angeles... Sounded the same

As I am sure you are aware, if this matter goes to suit, all court costs, process server's fees, sheriff's fees, attorney fees where permitted, and other post judgment costs will be added to the amount that you already owe.

Email I have received from this company THAT IS NOT CORRECT I HAVE NEVER RECV A LOAN FROM THEM:

The same exact message was received.  This company is fraudulent.  Not a real debt or attorney. Very threatening and will not stop with the harassment in the form of phone calls and emails.

My threat came yesterday as an mail from Mr Mike Jones, using the name as Adance Cash America.  The outstanding amount is $739.99.  Basically it's the same letter as everyone else has received with all of the same threats.  Where are they getting our phone numbers and email info from?  This is a little scary.

I got the same email this morning, saying almost the same as everyone else , but my amount owed was 615.00. does anyone know for certain that this is a scam and not a real company???

Is there something legal we can do to report this m* f* cuz I don't think we should take this [***] every time they want...

Has anyone been able to get this " company " to give you a fax # ?
