231-732-2086

Two phone calls and they say my name on a robot mode, no one speak, what a people.

231-732-2086 calls all the time and does not talk.  How can I get rid of this bad situation please?

Received 3 calls from this number so far.  Nobody on the other end and doesn't leave a msg.

Monterey Bay Aquarium membership renewal call.

I get calls from 231-732-2086 every 10 days or so, then they stop.  They are always preceded by  a call from 866-207-3613.  Neither number leaves a message so I have never returned a call to either.  I figure a legitamite number would leave a message.

231-732-2086 keeps calling every few weeks to my cell number, sometimes multiple calls daily.  The link to unsuscrible posted on this site does not have a do not call link.

Annoying...need I say more.

I called Monterey Bay Aquarium and asked them to remove my number from their telemarketing list. I also sent an email to SD&A threatening legal action.

They replied with this:

"Thank you for your email. This was done at 2:15 pm and removes you from all our fundraising campaign call lists. Have a great day!"

Hopefully they will not call agian.

I keep getting these too.  I think we should all contact our legislatures to amend the DO NOT CALL list to include non-profits who use robo-calling

We are getting calls from this number, but no message.  I went to the website suggested by Anon 15 Oct 2010 and there was a link for unsubscribing your info from their database.

Interesting. I received a call twice today. 1st time didn't answer, second time no one there. My Monterey Bay aquarium membership expired 16 days ago so it must be affiliated (after seeing other posters).

Caller ID says "MBA" - they've called at least almost every day for over a week. They stay on the line long enough to be recorded as a voice message, but no one says anything, and then I hear either a beep or a click. I've never been home to answer when they call.

Getting this annoying calls multiple times everyday. I answer the call and nobody says anything and then the call is disconnected. It seems that they have a problem transferring from the robo-caller to a human being  once the call is answered.

Please remove my number from your telemarketing list.  I am getting fustrated.

My experience has been similar to other responders.  I complained to Nancy Enterline, Director of Individual Giving for Monterey Bay Aquarium.  The paid soliciting company is SDNA Teleservices out of El Segundo.  Ms. Enterline says "they are very reputable" and "we take this type of complaint 'very seriously'."  Right.  I question that, other than their taking my name of the call list, any positive changes will happen.  It's very disappointing, because this kind of thing reflects badly on an organization I have supported in the past.
