Anne with vehicle warranty expiring.  I pressed 1 to be connected to a specilist and I asked to be removed from the calling list.  THe gentleman was very polite and said my number was succesfully removed.  I hope it's true!!

The calls my girlfriend has been getting are from telephone number 231-732-2803. I traced this number to an exchange in Morley, Michigan. It is a recorded voice which tells the listener that their auto warranty is going to expire and I assume, encourages the listener to purchase a new warranty from them. She gets these calls from them frequently. (This is not fraud as her automobile warranty WILL expire someday!)


I believe these calls originate from a collaboration between a couple of companies. One is Lucre, it is a regional phone company in the Grand Rapids, MI area. The other company is Called Triton. Triton has offices in Grand Rapids, MI & South Easton, MA. This combination of companies has a telephone company at its disposal and they can get away with anything they want. They have have a great quantity of phone numbers from which to choose. In thier own intrest, they have chosen to ignore the No Call Law.

I believe that Robert Steven Hale owns Lucre, Inc. and maybe also owns a part of  Triton Technologies Inc. Eric Chasen and Steve Chasen seem to be co-founders of Triton Technologies Inc. Read the bio about Eric Chasen.

call every day i do not answer

Caller hangs up when I answer with the name of the practice.  Automated sales call begins when I answer with "hello".  No opportunity given to have our office number removed from the call list.

Last Notice of Auto Warranty

This person/company kept calling my office number.  When I put that number on the national no-call list, I started getting calls on my cell phone!!!  Can you sue telemarketers for harassment?

Called by a computer recording saying my vehicle warranty may have expired.  Also been called by phone number (571)431-1262 with the exact same recording.
