call on thanksgiving mid-day. sounded like a recording but then nothing. second call like this.

Missed the call but unk # , so I looked it up and found others getting same call on Thanksgiving Day 2007. I got mine 11-22-07.

I got a call from this #, left voicemail on my cell phone, it was a recording of Simon saying it is imperative i call back about my credit card balances. Probably some debt consolidation.

Called on my cell at 418pm today, I'm a F'ing daysleeper. Bastards left no message

called @ 8:31 on 26 nov 2007.  didn't leave a message.

Left a voice mail from "Simon Phelps" of "Imperial Research" saying it is imperative for me to call 800-210-3613 about my credit card balances and the minimum payments that are going up because I now qualify for their debt reduction program. This is the same outfit that frequently calls from 201-215-1771. It always sounds suspicious to me because they never ask for me by name or mention any specific credit card.

got a call at 6:54 on November 26.  Nobody responded.

got a call from this number at 8pm on 11/27/07. i didn't answer because i have had messages left on my phone in the past from this number that were almost exactly like Sadie's message.

Called me twice in the last week at 7pm  on cell phone.  I missed the calls but called back and they said "Recovery Services".  Told them to remove my name from the list.  I think it is some collection agency scam not being transparent about who they are.

call came it shows as being LIB MGT INC 2317322409. 6.13pm

Call came in at 8:03pm, no message left.

called 11/29 @ 8:37 pm...I missed the call no message.  I googled the number and found this site.

Called last night around 9, nobody on the line, obviously Simon is a bogus guy...Do Not Answer!

Two blank VMs on my work line from this number.

The same Simon from Imperial that Sadie, Skater455, and NightRam mentioned -- there can't be two Simons from the same number using the word imperative:)

He left a message -- if I don't recognize the number, I don't answer the phone.

i got the call at 8:31pm left no message and it was the 2nd time they called and wanted to tell me that i too can reduce my cc min.i pay $15.00a month

Got a call on my work phone after 8PM. The call appeared to be a recording that got cut off from my outgoing voice mail message. It basically said, "Again, it is IMPERATIVE that you call me. I'm Simon Phelps and you can reach me a 800-210-3613"

Got call at 8:53 pm pacific. No message as we have no answering machine. We've had this new phone number for only two (2) days!
