- Dee| 5 repliesA telemarketing call - I asked to be removed, let's see if it works.
- JI received a call from the same number however it was someone breathiing in the phone. Strange part is they left a 30 second voice mail doing it.....
- hobeckI've also been getting many calls from this number and they never leave voicemails. Luckily my phone has the option to send selected numbers straight to voicemail, so we'll see how long they continue to call.

- TREY| 2 repliesi just started getting calls from this number. Last week i was getting calls from another michigan number 616-980-1152 and a nebraska number 402-982-0780. both are on this site, with ppl getting calls asking for a credit card number so they can give you cheap gas cards. they seem like scam artists, and not actual courtesy calls. look up those numbers on here to read more. they never leave voice mails, and u can't call the number back.
- MBNumerous calls from this number Friday and Monday. Spoke with someone the first time who gave me a story about fuel savings. I dropped the call when I was put through to the 'supervisor'. Since then had a lot of additional calls from the number. Had one 'silent' voicemail - i.e. no message. There seems to be a ton of background noise on the line and it does sound like it may be coming from a cell rather than a landline.
- AndreaI recieved a call from this number twice. I don't answer calls I don't know, so I ignored it and let it go to voicemail. They left nothing. When I tried to call the number back it said that it was a courtesy call to confirm a confirmation number. I thought back and I started getting these calls immediately after I put my phone number on my facebook account for one of my friends. I know now that that was stupid! Anyways, just a heads up, but I'm sure you already know.. don't post your phone number ANYWHERE online!
- MaurizioHave received this number multiple times and at different times of day. Our numbers are not published or used anywhere on any location. Could be someone trying to robo dial randomly.
- CRISSY| 1 replyThe caller knew my name, the last 4 digits of my credit card, and he called my cell phone. Don't know how anyone got my cell number with credit card info. He said I got enough points to get gas coupons, I would just have to pay shipping. I hung up before he asked me for the complete card number.

- almost scammed! replies to TREY| 1 replyI had the same experience with this number. The third time I got a call from this number I answered and a man claiming to be named Mitchell from a company called "Vista Services" was offering me free gas cards, savings on online purchases and other rewards. All of which I did not sign up for or want. He asked me to confirm personal information and when he rattled off the last 4 digits of my credit card number I knew it was a scam. He knew I wasn't going to give him anything and then transferred me to a woman who was rude and called me snotty when I told her that I didn't want the services they were offering me. I immediately changed my account information and luckily no recent activity rather suspicious activity had been seen on my statements. Long story short: BEWARE of this number and any guy claiming to be from a company called VISTA SERVICES.
- almost scammedCaller knew my name, last 4 digits of my credit card number and my address.
Asked me to verify information and told me i would be sent free gas cards and other discounts from online purchases and other rewards. Caller claimed to be named Mitchell from a company called Vista Services.- Caller: Vista Services

- What the?Same here as most of you. Had my name, address, last 4 digits of my c/c. Same sales pitch about receiving free gas card worth $130.00 and coupon book for various retailers for just paying $2.99 shipping charge. Also, monthly membership is $29.99 and I can try for 30 days free. The guy transferred me to a woman and told me that weird sound I here while transferring was normal. The woman told me to verify my info (all of the above) and told me to enter my zip code on my cell. This is when my lightbulb turned on and knew this was a scam. After realizing my disintrest, she then ratted on to avoid me hanging up on her. Told her how much longer and she replied, "30 seconds more sir" (lie). Immediately hung up. This company started calling since yesterday and today total of 10 calls. Avoided 1st 9 calls and tried calling back but kept getting a message annoucing that this line is to confirm some order and instructed me to leave a message with no opyion to speak to live person. Very stupid of them if they are a real scammer. I decided to take the 10th call because I never received a marketing solicitation cell call before. There is an email scam going around these days about people who are unknowingly billed thousands of dollars by phones companies by some phone scam artist. What they do is keep you on line as long as possible and actual call is somehow billed to your phone by some overseas scammers. That is why I immediately hung up after asking the last question. Canceled my old c/c for new one and called my cellular company to report just to take extra cautionary measures. Anyhow, my information is out there as many of you. My piece of advcie is "if it sounds too good to be true and your intuition is telling you somethings wrong, it's probably a SCAM"

She got rude witrh me saying why won't I let her do her job , I then hung up, have been trying to contact my bank to see any possible transactions that might have gone thru and haven't seen any yet.THIS IS A SCAM for SURE When u call back the number you get an automated response from "order confirmation department" no person , no company name. - Smoke Assassin SCAMHave any of you ever called that electronic cigarette company that advertises on the radio. Smoke Assassin? I started receiving these calls shortly after I tried their scam, I finally had to cancel my card so they would stop charging me for products they never actually ship. They are a total scam, so is Smoking Everywhere. I am 90% sure that one or both of those companies have sold our information, or are partnered with Vista Business. Just another typical "Triple Sell" scam, they try to sell you one product, then another, and yet another for a small discount or bonus. It's just a way to get your CC# and then sell it off after they have exhausted all resources.
BEWARE of Smoke Assassin and Smoking Everywhere.- Caller: Vista

- techchickStarted recieving calls from this number about three days ago, also am recieving calls from the 616-980-1152, have blocked both numbers... hopefully they will be prosecuted! How are they getting unlisted cell numbers??
- RuckusI had the same # calling me for 2 days. They kept calling me my phone was ringing when I was trying to work. So finally I answered some lady gave me a line of crap about gas vouchers I told her I wasnt interested. She told me I didnt need to be there already in the mail, then I told her she was waisting her breath because I couldnt hear her. She finally hung up. About an hour later I get another call from a different # . So I answer again, this time its a man he trys to give me the same line of crap. So I imediatly cut him off and tell him Im not interested because I dont drive. I have no youse for gas vouchers. Wich is not true of course but he tells me I can give them away or somthing. I told him a gain Im not interested. Then he begins arguing with me, bad choice on his part. I began to let him have it he stayed on the phone and argued back. Telling me I probably live in a crappy house and everything else. It lasted about 5 minutes but going off on the guy made feel alot better and im sure it made him think about his line of work. Needless to say I havnt had a call from that # since.

- Becky-concerned citizenThese pricks have been calling my phone since early march from all different numbers I think they are some how using a device that shows any number on my cell caller Id. The newest number they are using as of today is 231-732-2738, I also have posted a response under the additional numbers they have used and here is the post I sumbitted:
I just started to recieve calls from this number 616-980-1153 on the date of 4/7/10, but of course I did not answer a phone number I do not know and like many of you I let it go to voice mail. No one left a message and they called me 4 times at 10:57am,1:27pm, 3:24pm, and 4:44pm(est) and my cell phone shows the caller id as different cities in Michigan? The one thing I can think of is that I have used my card for online was a people search engine I had looked up a person to see if the were who they said they were, and paid 0.95 cents for it the number of this company is 1-877-993-6264. Since then they have tried to bill my pre-paid debit card $29.00 and then another charge for $16.95, well luckily there is no money on my card..lol..and they have not tried to bill my card since March 29th and the automated voice response is stating the membership has been cancelled(hence I never signed up for a membership). Believe me I will be continuing to check my card and I think Im also going to give them a call later during their business hours. Thank you god for all of you posting your responses because it has helped figure out exactly where these call are originating from! It shows some people still cares and so not want others to get ripped off.
I also figured out if you dont block unknown calls they will call unknown...Furthermore I think these punks are getting this info from any type of internet based company, maybe by hacking into that particular companies site ...not sure but Im ready to take this to the authorities and hope they can put a trace on this to find out exactly- Caller: ?????
- willow| 1 replyI thought these types of calls were to blocked, no message no call back, name of company that can be checked no call back...I don't care who they are or how many different numbers they call from they are getting these numbers from some where...is the internet safe, companies confidential as they say? How ever this is happening I think it is time a stop is put to it....I know jobs are hard to find these days, 1st hand, but where can we all draw the line...these companies, people, how do we stop them...Any one using internet for business including Ebay, should be notified, if my info is this accessible, for $1.95 yeah! What are you going to do?
- Jacqueline Abdul-Rahman| 1 replyI MAY HAVE THE ANSWER TO SOME OF YOU ALL QUESTION
Person call had my name and last 4 digit of my credit card #, and call me on my cell phone how did they get my cell phone #, and knew my husband name. Told me they had some gas coupons for me and would not answer the question as far as who pre approve me or what purchase I made to receive
this offer. Would not answer the question and they just finally hung up. Canceled my credit card yesterday however they call me back today April 09, 2010 @ 5:41 p.m. from (231) 732-2738 also call from (616)-980-1152 9:08 a.m.
Come to find out, they got my information because I call the # that was annouce on the christian radio station 95.3 in Columbia SC advertisement of the National Grocery Vouchers and I told them I did not want anything else.
A company affiliated with the National Grocery Vouchers name Total Care # is 1-866-982-9712 was on my credit card bill, and another company name FamilySavedIsCounts.com United Kingdo GB.
Charge my card however said they will credit the money back to me when I call. And in our conversation I told her about a phone call we receive today about gas vouchers she said they offer that to however; she could not confirm that is them however I gave her the number above. The (231) & (616)
Hope that helps you all may God (Allah) bless you. - Ash replies to almost scammed!I had this same thing happen to me. I was also transferred from the first female rep to a male rep. he started telling me about amounts that were going to be charged and then I said "I dont authorize you to charge me anything" he then slammed the phone down (so it seemed) and proceeded to ask someone in the back ground if he could use the restroom. I immediately called my bank to ask about Vista Services of which they'd never heard. After cancelling my debit card I received yet another call from the same #. I advised her that they had just called and I no longer had the card that they kept referreing to - she immediately hung up on me.
- ronIronically, they called back a second time right when I was reading this page. I didn't pay attention to his name, but he was clearly reading off a script, identified the company as Vista Services, and wanted to send $120 in gas coupons. He mispronounced my City name, but I cut him off, said, "no, that is not where I live", told him I was reading this page and had no interest in anything from him, and then hung up.
