They called threatening legal action and fines. It was a recording. When I phoned back to question what they were talking about, I was hung up on. Don't know what the scam was, but there is something not right going on.

they called and left message (I don't answer calls from unknown numbers).  The caller had a thick accent and stated I needed to call him back right away about some enforcement action being brought against me by the Treasury.  Of course its a scam.

I got the exact same call left on my answering machine today. Called back (out of curiosity) and got a busy signal. Bogus.

A Mr. Larry Parrotte left a threatening message.  I don't know what kind of a scam he is attempting but I pay my bills on time, am not involved in any lawsuits, etc.  I want him reported to the FCC for fraudulent behavior.

Receive a call 2 times left message his name was Alex Ferguson he had a very thick accent phone number busy when I called back

I got a threatening voice mail from Mr. Ferguson with very thick Indian accent. Wow! Can I report him to somewhere or sue him??

Another phone scam.  I also got a call from Alex Ferguson (thick East Indian accent) and tried to call back this number in Northern Michigan and only got a busy signal.

Ok, so I laughed at the message Alex Ferguson left.  Said I had to go before a Federal Magistrate or Grand Jury.  If I did not return the call it would be viewed that it was a second attempt to contact my household regarding a legal matter.  Don't these ding dongs know that you have to have orders to appear served by a federal marshal or appropriate agent.  They really need to educate themselves better.  Luckily they don't.
