recieved a call from Joe Brown he said I owe 322.00 if I dont pay I will be arrested tomorrow

I received a call telling me that I will be arrested tomorrow by sheriff department. When I said it must be a mistake I was told I was a mistake,.

I received a call just the same. I hope my identity hasn't been stolen

Called a subject wanting money for a loan she never took.  I called this number, recorded voice advises "state investigation, attorney of the generals office".  Definite scam, don't fall for, please report to whatever agency you can.

Received a phone call from an Attorney Adam Smith with Investigation Department of America stating that I would be arrested tomorrow at my home.  They had the last 4 digits of my social.  This is a SCAM!!!  Do not give them any information.  I filed a complaint with the FBI and FTC.

they told me  they would have a cop a my from door if i did not pay them 150.00

I received a call on my work phone last week stating that I would be arrested if I didn't pay $739.45. I ask for his phone number and I called the place that he said he had papers for. The place I have the Loan told me this was a SCAM!!!!!! I owed one payment and it was paid today to the loan company. They took his name and number and are reporting him also. Last week it was Mike Taylor and today he called again and talked to one of my co workers and thought it was me and she ask the phone number and he told her it was the same phone number he gave me last week except this week his name is Peter Black. Imagine that!! HE CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT NAME HE HAS!!!!!!! Or which one he is using from week to week!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy is a nut. He told me if I didnt pay him I would be arrested today.I told him I was gonna report him he then started cussing me out and told me he was gonna get my ass just wait and see.This is the second complaint Ive made to the FCC about this guy.

I received a call from an attorney, Bob Cooper. Telling me that I owe Cash Advance $456, that I have 90 days to repay it back and if u don't pay it back I would be getting arrested. He had the last 4 digits of my social. He done lost his [***] mind, [***] with me. He got me calling my bank like there is really something on my account pertaining to what he talking about.  Then this clown has the audacity to leave the same thing in my voicemail when wouldn't answer.

This nut calls me and tells me that there is a lawsuit filed against me because I received a loan back in Nov 2011 of $429 and haven't paid it and if I don't resolve it today I'm going to be arrested tomorrow morning. I told him I'm not pay $429 to something I don't even know about, and that obviously someone tampered with my information. He tells me, "Thats your fault you can't protect your identity, are you going to resolve this today, or be arrested tomorrow?" He then told me I don't know how to talk to an attorney and said the police will be here in the morning and then hung up the phone. I realized it was scam because I've never heard of someone being arrested for a loan, I've only heard of it going on your credit. I'm so glad I found this website, to know for sure.

I received a call from the same outfit claiming that i defaulted on a cash advance loan in 2011.  When i told them that i never took a cash advance loan and that i want proof of that loan sent to me.  They said they don't provide proof and that if i want to settle the account they can assist me.  I told them i won't pay a dime to anyone without proof and asked to speak to their manager.  I was told that they will not connect me with a manager and that i should expect the sherrifs to arrest me tomorrow.  I told them that the sherrifs can come but they better have proof.  They hung up the phone and when i call them back i got a voicemail.

I first spoke to David White.  He wanted $300 for a Cash Advance Loan.  First he said it was from 2010 and I asked him for information about this loan or a phone number to the Cash Advance Loan People.  He cursed me out and hung up.  About 15 minutes later I call them back and asked for a Supervisor and guess who got on the phone....Peter Black.   Same exact guy same voice.  I laughed at him so hard and he was very mad at me.  He hung up and I called about 5 times harassing him and swearing at him.  He wont answer the phone for me any more.

i received a call claiming that i was in debt of a car and house loan.....if i didnt pay by tommorow I would be arrested

I just got a call from peter black he was so rude. He told me that i owed cash advance usa 325.00 snice 2011 in january. I have never heard of anyone getting calls for loans or getting arrested. Total scam. People beware because he will tell you that the police will show up at your door "tomorrow morning".

I just got a call from a chinese man saying that tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. I will be arrested because I owed money from Advance loan, but I never took such loan. So I will report this to the FBI, and all State agencies to stop this scam.

Got a call from a Mike Taylor and David white, both stating if i did not pay 795.13 I would be arrested that day at my home, called police to see what was going on they said it was a scam..He continously keeps calling. He said on top of the loan he wants 355.00 to cancel my arrest warrant. I was so freaked out i about fell for it. So i decided to google the number and found this page now I can relax because i truly know its a scam.

Thinking about how this people from 234-525-4924 got my phone number I think that when you participate on online surveys or games on Facebook(trying to earn free horseshoes to play Frontierville)  or even when you fill out a form to participate in a contest/sweetstakes and you start receiving advertisement calls from companies and you refuse to pay for unwanted services, they will sell your information to these scam artists like 347-23-06701(Vitelity,LLC- communications internet service, voice, fax services)  and 347-819-1098 which, for me are all combined.

I have been receiving harrassing messages from a guy who calls himself Joe Brown.  I requested for proof and he hung up on me yet continues to call.

i got this same phone call and knew it was bogus so i googled the phone# and saw all your comments. i'd like to thank you a;; for your comments and to confirm my thought ! what nerve, they could really scare someone who didn't know any better.
