No caller id

This call came from a collection agency saying they were calling on behalf of revenue canada. I owe them Msp payments. Msp does not affect your credit lol let it ring

fed up with these calls all crap

Missed three calls from this number today (Sunday). On fourth call, I answered. Heavy breathing and machine sounds in the background (fans or computers?).. After 10 seconds without a response I hung up. Added the number to my phone as "IGNORE THIS CREEP"

received a call from this number.  No one speaking on other end..hate that.  If it is a collector from msp...why wouldn't they say something....they have n the past and I have been able to tell them it was the wrong number (as it was). My guess, this is place gets paid for call....so if you answer, they get paid as it will show on their bill (whether or not they are calling the intended party)  -_-

Caller ID says UNKNOWN.  Listening to voice mail msg says they are ARC Co. or something like that calling on behalf of Revenue Services which is Medical Plan but to call on a Saturday, unknown ID and a weird company name I've elected to blacklist that number on my call blocker.
