They call periodically, usually two or three times a day.  This morning I requested they stop calling my number, they called again at 12:46 p.m.  I told them again, stop calling.  We'll see.

I wonder if the limp dicks view this? This is what happens when the unemployment benefits go to a year (lol) and your children get to live under your benefit umbrella till they are 26. After they play video games they get to call and scam. We enable this activity. Get a job and throw the kids out and be a productive citizen instead of a bottom dweller.

This Sounds like the Florida Organization of Police or FOP.  They do drives 4 times a year.  It does not matter what you tell them.  They want Money.  Either do not answer or put them on Call Blocker.  Eventually they get it and stop for a while.
