Who is it calling? did you figure out?

It's Pinnacle Financial collection agency

This is Pinnacle Financial Group (www.pfgservices.com).  I have sent them two Cease & Desist letters and one Cease & Desist email, all three times requesting debt verification.  However, they continue to call me daily at work.

After the first two written cease & desist requests failed, I filed a complaint with my local (AZ) AG's office, PFG's local AG's office, the BBB, and the FTC, yet they still call.

I'm filing new complaints with all of the above today as well as with the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.

Does anyone have any additional suggestions to get these guys to stop?

I am glad I came on here to find out who this is. I have been getting calls from them but when I pick up, they never speak. Happy Holidays!

 I have received phone calls from them as well over the past few weeks.  Most of the time they hang up, but sometimes they answer and ask for my son.  I told the first person that he was away at Marine boot camp, and can't be reached.  They still continue to call as early as 8:00 a.m.  I have decided to call them back repeatedly and hang up as they do me.  I have also given them a very profanity laden response when they have called from another number.  I have done this with another debt buyer in the past, and it has worked with them.  I am sick of these [***] calling me and I am sick of trying to be a nice guy.

I have paid Pinnacle Financial off and nothing else is owed to them and they still call me stupid company.  When I answer their calls they even tell me I don't owe them anything and just hang up on me but they won't remove my phone number from their call list I wonder when they hear my request from a lawyer if they will finally remove my number or wind up paying me money for harassment.

I have received my first call from Pinnacle Financial Group looking for someone that does not live here nor does the person they are looking for have my number. I left them a message on my recorder so when they call back they can see what I have to say about their calls. I stated that if they call me again I WILL report them to the local police. I have discussed calls like this in the past with my local police and they informed me if I ever receive a call such as this to contact them and they will call that number and get them to stop harassing me. So my suggestion is to first tell the caller you are on a do not call list and then tell them if they don`t stop calling, you will call the police. And by the way, the do not call list number is 1-888-382-1222. It does take a few months for the do not call number to take affect so you might continue to get calls until that time.

I am in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and these guys called me for the first time today. I have been in Chapter 13 since last year. If these people call me again I'm calling my lawyers and the cops.

stop calling and harrasing don't know who this is. get a real job.

They go under the name Pacific financial also my bet is they change their company name everytime the complaints start adding up. These guys are slime bags make all kinds of unviable threats n more than half the time to people that dont really owe them a dime. They are bullies that make their living scaring peoole into paying them money they dont owe them. They have also had hundreds of civil suits filed n won againdt them for violating debt collections practice act and haven't paid one penny to those they owe. Thats probavly part of the name change. It takes all of five minutes to operate under a new company and ket the other fizzle out n no one can collect against their new company. It takes a special breed to maje your living collecting debts when you wont pay ur own. Best bet is block their number!

Yes they keep calling me I am pissed off. Every one post a good deal on some classified page and leave there number. Lets see how they like it?

I got new phone service today, new phone, new number, and they were the first ones who called.  Obviously it's probably for a previous owner of the number.

They have been calling for months and never say anything...same as above, as soon as you answer, they hang up.  Its just such a distraction!

Search the web for an attorney in your area who handles cases such as this, and sue them! I've done this twice and won both cases. ALWAYS keep records and copies of any written correspondence  as well as the calls you've received, whether you've answered or not. And always send C & D letters registered with return receipt requested. That is important evidence you will need to keep for when you file suit. If you've already done the latter, keep track of the times and numbers they've called from. Each one is a new violation. Good luck.

I called me and they told me that they are Integrity solutions. They call every day all day long after I have told them that the person that they are looking for dose not live here nor do I know them. This is harassment if need be I will have to sue them!
