Some child keeps calling and asking for my daughter and then hangs up when I ask a name.

it was a call from this number 1  239  257  4958  they were call me all kinds of bad words do something about it now

Can this number stop calling us its really really annoyinggggg ooh my Gosh stop please, waking us early in the morning aint no fun

Don't answer in any way and it'll eventually stop. If you've got a landline and don't run the risk of possibly missing any emergency, disconnect it during nighttime hours or shut off the ringer. It's likely the calls at that hour are coming from overseas. Consider a call blocker also for a landline.
