Junk caller, I have won a free cruise &c.  I suppose if I were more patient I could hang on and eventually find out how much my free cruise costs.  Or, if I am in a hurry, I could send my money to any of these preferred experts:

    + andywillia2016@gmail.com
    + hasimshabri@mail.ee
    + info@costsoldier.com

    + richardwemba@homemail.co.za
    + wilwill9988@outlook.com
    + wjscyorh15@zaqwevbn.info

If I turn out to be a real miser, I suppose I could simply not give my money to any of these bums.

Spoofing to make it look like a local number.  When you say "Hello" the caller says, "Hello, this is so and so, can you hear me?". It actually sounds like a real call until it goes into a sales pitch and you realize it's some kind of recording that will respond to certain answers.  If you want to have fun with it, start talking nonsense and it throws the recording off and it will disconnect.  If you REALLY want to have fun with it, play along and you will eventually get to a real person.  If it's the female, ask her if she is a spitter or a swallower.  If the male answers, keep asking him, "Is it true?" over and over. Eventually he will say, "Yes it's true."  Then say, "So it's true, your mother performs oral sex for free."  "Wow, you must be proud."  After they call you a few expletives, they'll hang up.  Hopefully this will cause them to remove your number from their phone list.  So far, I've found this to be the best effective way to avoid repeat calls.

True mark of a telespammer -- I picked up the phone (NOT my usual MO, but unusual circumstances today) and...said nothing. Figured a legit human caller would at least tentatively say "Hello?"
    More Whack-a-Mole...

You would think by now, these [***] idiots would get the message that IF I DON'T KNOW YOUR PHONE NUMBER, I DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. I think all these scam numbers are interconnected somehow. Another number blocked.
