No VM/MSG...no clue

i was just called from this number and he said his name was shane...i lied and said i was someone else, and asked him wat he needed and he told me not to worry about it...hed call back...so i dunno who it was...but id like to find out

The number belongs to Pinnacle Financial Services. They are in the collection business.

Rude to the point of pure emptiness as a person in general. To talk to people and treatr them in a fashion that you would NEVER allow people to talk to your loved ones makes this person and this company well deserving of anything brought upon it/her.

She was informed up front that she was not talking to the right person, but that this is a COMAPNY PHONE that is sometimes used by the person in question, was told to stop calling this number and leave a number that the person SHE was attempting to make contact with, yet she persisted to make it clear that she would not stop, would not remove, and would not leave the information for this person to get to the right department/place/extention, etc.

3rd documented time to take off this list and nothing.
HOPEFULLY this is what the laws were made to stop, and hopefully this 'lady' will find some piece in herself and become a person.... anyway, Pinnacle Financial Services continues to speak to their integrity, and to the wrong person!!

Just received a call from this number but i didnt answer since i dont answer to unknown callers.

Called @ 10:08 12/28 caller didn't leave message.......the call only showed up on caller ID as Naples,FL

8:25 pm got a call - didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number - no message was left

Was called, pretended I was the person they were looking for and was told that the information was being recorded and that they were looking for money owed. The man hanged up and said nothing else. It was rude and like an extortion

Just got 2 back to back phone calls from this number and they didn't leave a message either time. If i dont answer the phone the 1st time why call right back if I don't know who you are?! Ridiculous!!!

I get calls from them too at odd times of the day.  I am usually asleep or in class.  I answered once and the girl on the line wouldnt answer any questions about the company to me. I never found out what the call was since I hung up on her cause she wouldn't relay company information.  I contribute her rudeness to what I saw on the news.  Companies are reading scripts which they will not deviate from and are told to use strong language and important sounding words to gain attention and fear.  It will not work on me and if you call me wanting something then I will have more than my fill of questions for you.

They started calling us 2 days ago and won't let up.  At first we answered and no one was there and the dial tone came on.

Now they call every half an hour so we just let it roll over to the answering machine and the only voice we get is the dial tone.

We have no debt and our records are clean so we don't know why a collection agency would call.  We check our credit every 6 months.

We've called the phone company and they said they would check into it. They have been helpful with previous unwanted calls.

No answer...got the call today, but won't answer this one again.

This number called BOTH mine and my husband's cell phones at exactly the same time! Didn't leave a message on either line.  I intend to block this number on both phones after reading the above comments.  They have no right to call cell phones in the first place.  To answer would waste our "minutes used" as well as costing us long-distance charges.  Unbelievable!

This number calls twice each day. We do not answer calls we do not know from ID. They keep calling every day. This only started to happen after we went from verizon to Brighthouse phone service.

The caller ID just says Naples Florida. We don't know anyone in Naples.

I have received two calls from this phone number. The first one asked for Kimberly Elliott who worked here several years ago and the call that I received today just hung up. The woman did not identify herself.

Don't ever call my number and say if this is miles press 1 and then someone will be you in a minute. A machine calls my phone number and then puts me on hold. It's called harrassement or it's called the FCC. I will call every 10 minutes and shut your company down. I'm not mad , am I.

No answer...got the call today, but won't answer this one again.

They are bottom feeders, they have purchased debts that are way past the Statute of Limitations, for pennies on the dollar. DO NOT fall for their scare tactics. DO NOT pay them a dime, let them try to take you to court, the judge has to throw it out because of the Statute of Limitations.

i read your message along with several others because i to have been repeatedly called by this number, but im always busy and never get a chance to answer. i just wanted you to know that  when someone tells you your conversation is being recorded , you need to stop them in their tracks immediately to tell them " OH NO ITS NOT, BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO RECORD ME, OR THIS CONVERSATION!!!!!!!! " It is a FEDERAL CRIME TO RECORD ANY TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITHOUT THAT PERSONS CONCENT, AND IT IS TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY BY OUR GOVERNMENT WHEN THIS LAW IS BROKEN!! Alot of businesses get away with doing it by having an automated system answer their phone, or to ficticiously greet you when they call by saying that they are recording the conversation for training purposes or for custumer satisfaction reosons.  When you are still on the line when an actual person gets on the phone and you continue to speak to them you have inderectly given concent for the TAP. You should ALWAYS stop "WHOMEVER" in their tracks and immediately tell them that they are not recording anything because you are not giving ANYONE permission to record your voice, or conversation! If they say its their policy then tell them YOU STILL ARENT GIVING ANYONE PERMISSION TO RECORD YOU, then tell them to send you a letter about whatever it is their calling for, not to call you again,.....AND HANG UP. Then report this to your local telecommunication carrier or to the F.B.I. .

i don't owe any money or am not behind on any bills so it can't be a collection agency.  however, i still don't answer the call...i just let them listen to my answering machine.  its annoying because they call throughout the day -- everyday.  what a waste of time.
