Just got a call too.  RPM is the company name. Tried to find on Yahoo and couldn't.  Asked for someone I didn't know.  They hung up after that.

Same as above, but my called i.d. identified the caller as APATON SERVICES in WALDORF, MD.  GOOGLE COULDN'T FIND AN APATON IN WALDORF, MD, AND ONE THE RETURNS WAS JUST A SCRAMBLED PAGE OF GIBBERISH WHICH LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ABOUT TO FREEZE MY COMPUTER.

ONE OTHER THING:  GOT THIS CALL LAST NITE AT 8:12, SHORTLY AFTER I HAD CALLED COMCAST TO REQUEST THAT MY PHONE ACCOUNT BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.
I'M NOT EXCESSIVELY PARANOID, BUT GIVEN THE LEVEL OF DIS-SERVICE AND DIS-RESPECT I'VE GOTTEN FROM COMCAST, IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME TO FIND OUT THEY WOULD STOOP TO THIS CHILDISH LEVEL OF HARRASSMENT.

IF ANYONE HAS DISCOVERED THERE IS ANY CONNECTION BTW APATON SERVICES AND COMCAST, I'D REALLY LIKE TO KNOW.

Let me solve the mystery for you guys.  After reading the onter posts and doing some quick research on this number.  It is a COLLECTION AGENCY. They are disguising there call by masking it to another number. I have not answered the call from this number because by rule i dont answer the phone unless its a number i recognize or the name on the caller id is something that i am familar with. RPM stands for Receivables Performance Management. Stick it to the man.. tell these people to play a rousing game of hide and go F*C@ yourself

They have 2 offices one in Lynnwood WA and the other in Portland OR. On my phone comes up as Cellular Call

I also just got a call from this number and they hung up when I answered.  I won't bother answering it next time.

I keep getting calls from this number, but I don't answer calls from unknown numbers.  I have a feeling it's one of those b.s. companies that call you about your ad on craigslist.

This telephone number 240 210 7113 is RPM!!! They will call and call and call, about 5 times a day. I DON'T answer anymore. I'm aware that I own money somewhere, no need for this kind of harassment. THANK YOU

I just got this called by this number twice. I didn't answer it, but i saw someone say something about it being RPM. This is a collection agency. They also go by this number 434-533-9030. When you try to call it back it says they have been disconnected. You can only talk to someone if you answer it.

The number 240-210-7113, 434-533-9030 and 703-291-9039 belong to a collection agency called RPM.  These jerks are Verizon Wireless's pitbulls.  This company resorts to rudeness, multiple calls, threats and more.  They hide their company number when calling.  My suggestion, call block or caller reject if you have such features.

Receive several call a day from early  morning to about 9 p.m. usually just 2 rings and they do not leave a message. Also get many calls from RPM often just 1-2 minutes apart, weekends and evenings. When tried to block RPM number 877-233-8521 was told it was an incorrect number.

Yep just got called by this number twice today for the first time ever.  I never pick it up.  I too owe money to credit cards and student loans so I know the deal.  Just ignore them.

i recieved  phone call from this number 2402107113 the operator wants to be called back. he said his name is kenneth jackson , he said his phone number is 206 the he got disconnected. what scares me is that he know my full name .anyone?

Called several tiems a day.... finally found out it is some company called RPM.

Got a call from this number too at 9:05pm did't answer it. google it and wrote this, internet shows  rpm has a lot scams too.

these jerks call all day long and they are trying to harrass some one who has the same nane as me. flip it back. everybody get a phone card and leave tons of calls and messages back to them, please be rude and vulgar. flippin blood sucking jerks.  they are based in washington and oregon.they have the following numbers,
