I received two calls from this number today between 3:50 pm and 4:20 pm Central Daylight Time.
Ten minutes after the second call, I received another call, this time, with MY HOME PHONE NUMBER on the caller ID.  When I answered, I was greeted with a recorded message from "Rachel at Cardholder Services."  I pressed "1" to let them know I knew what was going on.  Is this the same thing as "vishing"  using voiP?  Whatever it is, it's fraudulent activity.  This has been going on  for over nine months, but some of the calls have been from other numbers.  I have not received calls from the other numbers since registering complaints on them.  I have told them over and over that we do NOT have ANY credit cards and to take us off their list.  They never acknowledge that I have said this.  They hang up abruptly.

I am at home with severe pain.  Because of pain, I do not sleep well at night.  When exhaustion hits, sometimes two or three days after not sleeping, I can finally sleep.  If that time hits during the day, then I sleep during the day.  I sleep whenever I can sleep.  I cannot pick and choose when that happens.  In addition, both my husband and I have family members who might need to call during the day, some elderly and some younger.  I am not going to shut my phone off when one of them might need to call in the event of an emergency.

I tried to register a complaint on the "Do Not Call Registry,"  but because they called from "my" number, it would not submit the complaint.

I really hope someone can do something to get this stopped.

Came through as Frederick MD.  I made the mistake of answering the line.  It hung-up...I did this one to myself.  This was the call that verifies that there is a real person on the other side of the line.  From there you get flooded with calls for Credit Card interest reduction or Home Security Systems--basically any scam they can come up with.  It all starts with that first trolling number so I'm going to get a few weeks of these junk calls because I picked-up the line.  My Ooma blacklist is going to get longer.

Just another iteration of Card Services Scan trying to get Your CC info.

Don't fall for it.  For the amount of technology as we have, we should be able to blow these Scum Bags out of the water!

I now have been called w the same 3 numbers as above.  These guys are quick to change the number that they use. I got a phone that allows me to block numbers which is helpful as calls ring once & then disconnect. I have card services blocked on 13 numbers----I guess it never ends.

I have been receiving calls from this so call business... Consumer Sucs.  Wanting to lower my interest rates on my credit cards.
I have listen to the recording and pressed the #3 button to cancel these calls but nothing has stopped them from calling me again.  I am also on the National DO NOT CALL list.  Today they called again so I listen to the recording then press #1 to speak to one of their people and after he started in I told him I wanted these calls to stop...  I said "Do Not Call Me Again!"...  but the person hung up on me.   I then called the number back and this time there was a recording asking me if I wanted to go on their DO NOT CALL list and if I did I was to press #1. I did this and I heard another recording telling me how sorry they were that they were bothering me with these calls and within 48 hours the calls will stop.  We will see !!

This is a fraud fishing scam. They begin by asking if you have more than 2K in debt. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling my house and remove me from their list. They either hang up or say nasty things then hang up.

Tell them you do not have any credit cards, wether you do or not!  They said they had records that I do so I asked them my name and they couldn't even tell me who they were calling for.  I never received any more calls!

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by not having an operator on the line when the phone is answered, and still further violate the TCPA by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. This scammer's recording tells you that this is your second (false, they call much more than that) and final (also false, as they keep calling) notice to lower your interest and payments on your credit card debt. They further violate the TCPA by refusing to provide a phone number or physical address when asked, demonstrating that this is a scam, if the recording hadn't made that absolutely clear. Do not provide this scammer any personal or financial information.

Simple solution to stop this calls. All of us to answer and dial 1 to get them on line. Let them ask you first and in reply our question will be, What is her or his rate to have Sex in their rear. Treat them like Low Life and give as much Trash you can. If all of us do this than they will find out that we all know they are scammers. What they looking for is your credit card number, birth date , social security number, other info on credit card. Next step for them is to make charges on your credit card and ROB you or credit card issuer bank. At least we will have some satisfaction to give them trash. By not answering or telling to remove your name or you do not have credit card is not going to put stop on this calls. Giving Trash may have chance.

I am so tired of these calls. They come almost every day. I have tried to get more information from them so I can report them to the FCC. As soon as I ask for more information, they hang up. It is SO irritating. I have also asked to be removed from their marketing list and they hang up too. These people are rude and I wish something could be done about them. If you don't pick up, they leave a message anyway.

Please call and report these numbers to the FTC @ 877-382-4357  (Consumer Fraud Line). I have reported three numbers also and they are investigating.
Never answer these calls and if you do do not speak to anyone or press the remove my number from your list button. It only verifies that they have a "live" number and you will get more and more calls. It is helpful to check who is calling on these boards but the only way to stop these scammers is to report it to someone who can actually do something about it.

The enemy is your phone company. They get alot more $$ from these people than they do from people like us. speak up and urge the government to take control of our own telecoms! (oh wait thats the problem, federal protection of monopolistic business practices). Take Control Of your Government!
