I just got a call. It stopped ringing before I could even answer and no voice mail. I have been getting calls from creditors looking for my son. He does not live with me and does not share my phone number. His father is getting calls from them at 1:30 in the morning. I thought that was illegal.

got call from someone hanging up. have been receiving creidor calls from TATA, if that helps. Also owe Verizon money.

I called the number back and got a translating company who say they translate for the deaf. Don't know any deaf people with my number.

got this call hit the send button to answer and it gave me a dial tone! caller: Joyner, Sharon

Been calling for the past 2 weeks now. Finally decided to call back and iht said "you will now be connected to the person you called" . Plus it never rings long enough for me to answer. Wouldnt answer anyways.

Called and hung up before I could answer.  When I called back, I got the automated "you will now be connected to the person you called" message, a minute of being on hold, then an automated request to leave a message.  I hung up.  

Considering I'm also being hounded by Receivables Performance Management, amongst others, over someone else's debts, I suspect this number is just an automated dialer for *some* kind of collector or telemarketer.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS A NUMBER TO DAY, GOES TO A SERVICE  THAT SOME one that  is trying to reach me, asked whom was the person she sd can't tell this info untill they pick up, Will bnlock call from now on end, I asked If I was being charged? The ysd no charge..

It's a relay service for the deaf if you people would do some research.

Ugh - I did do the reaserch but that doesn't explain who is calling and why. Maybe you are happy with your explanation but I am a bot more curious that you obviously. They have called me every day this week and I haven't had time to answer. I did call back and spoke someone who said they couldn't tell me who had called me, as they are just a translation service for the deaf.

I don't care if it's a relay service for the deaf--they have absolutely no reason to call me at the rate they're doing.  I've recieved a call from this number twice last week.  This week though, they've called me everyday; my last one just about 3 minutes ago!   I'm planning on blocking this number because I'm getting tired of it.

they call constantly for someone who dosnt live here&they call a million times try ed talkin2a person but couldn't understand what they were saying!ugh!

This number calls at least 3 times a week for the last month,never leave a meesage and my# is a private company cellphone and they call at all different hours, this needs to stop!

Received call asking for someone I don't know.  Have had my number 5+  years.  Was in docs office at time and only had phone on in case emergency at home.

Just got the call as well and it came up under the name Poe, Warren. Don't know if anyone else got that same name but that is what came up on my caller ID with the number 240-241-7111. They did not let it ring longer than 2 rings so no message. Strange..... and annoying.

Well, I just got the call again..... same thing, it doesn't even ring long enough for me to get it or the answering machine to pick it up.....very strange!

i have been receiving calls from the above # on my cell for the past few weeks and sometimes several times a day. i don't pick up since i don't identify the caller. but they hang up quickly after one ring. i have even registered with the do not call registry. doesn't seem it has worked. getting very annoying and disturbing

This number belongs to a company called level 3 communications that was sent to a reseller of theirs. They will not tell me the name of the reseller but you can call their fraud department and report phone abuse for these calls at 18773718776.

This # has called 4 times this week. Like everyone esle it hangs up before I could answer it. The # is a landline from Maryland. But when I called it back it said it was a non woeking number.
