Received a phone call from a person named Pat Cooper at 240-374-5527.  Left message that she needed to talk to me and left 240-374-5527 as her call back number.  She did not leave the name of the company/organization that she represented nor the purpose of her call.  I called the number and was immediately placed into a voice mail system.  The voice mail system did not identify the company/organization.  The voice mail system forwarded me to the mailbox for Pat Cooper but again, there was no attempt to identify the company or organization.  I hug up.

Got the same call from Pat Cooper and for my husband to call back the same number. She would not give any further info. Said company was FCO. She wold not give me anything else. Said she couldn't barek the law. I told her I would not bother to give hub message. She was also looking for a Samantha. We don't have one living here.

FCO is a collections company (Fair Collections & Outsourcing)

I got a call from this company, and they wanted me to pass along a message to someone also, the caller id shows up as Laurel  MD so they are misrepresenting themselves to begin with, She did tell me she was from FCO and I told her to never call my number again,
