- TerryFWe received a call from this number, called id read Glen Dale, MD, we answered the call and no response. Nothing - just dead silence. So we hung up. Have no idea why they called but have a feeling that we are now on yet another calling list and we are in for a lot more useless, time-wasting calls. It's so frustrating!!!
- JOHN| 1 replyCall shows 'NSBA' on caller ID. Automated voice comes on after 15 seconds of dead air to say "Hi, this is John calling from SBA Loans, you're eligible for........" This call comes at least once a day, usually twice right around 3pm. This is a business and we're working! It's so frustrating to pick up the phone to this. Whoever is generating these calls is a complete loser, unsolicited sales calls should be illegal. Especially to work & cell numbers. This type of activity isn't a legit business

- Steve W.Robo calls from 240-556-9970 identifying as John and an $8,000 line of credit . . . yada, yada, yada. Caller ID reports SBALoan. Called the number back and was told it could take from 30-45 days to remove my number. Terrific -- they call about 3 times per day - only another 90 to 165 more calls and perhpas we're done. Enough!

- CourtneyThis phone number automatically calls me every single morning. The automated message says that you can dial through to talk to a representative, which I did. I asked her to take my phone number off their call list to which she told me it would take 30 days. I stated that my number was on the do-no-call registry and shouldn't be on there to begin with, so 30 days was not acceptable to me. This woman copped the BIGGEST attitude with me, telling me I was being rude and didn't know the law and that maybe if I read the law I would understand that they can call me if they want. I told her I was not being rude and needed to speak to her manager and she said, no you're not talking to anyone else here and because you're so rude, I"M NOT TAKING YOU OFF THE CALL LIST. Before she hung up on me, I was able to write down the phone number from my caller ID. I called it back and was tranferred to her and she answered "National Small Business (Association? Advocacy?...not sure)." After I said hi, she said, "I just spoke with you and now you're changing your voice." I informed her that she told me she would not remove my number from her list which was ILLEGAL. She said, Fine. I said, Please confirm that you are removing my number, and she said yes and hung up on me. I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission right now.

- Courtney| 1 replyAfter some sleuthing on my part, I've discovered the comapny is the National Small Business Alliance and their website is:
http://www.natlsba.com/credit_cards.php
If you go here, you'll see that they have all sorts of loan and credit card offers on here, which makes sense why some of the above calls have been about loans. Neither phone number listed on their website allows you to talk to a human.
I urge everyone who recieves calls from this number to file a complaint on the Federal Trade Commission website. It's really easy!- Caller: National Small Business Alliance

- MikeMy business has received a call from this number every business day for almost two weeks now. I called the number for the first time today and spoke to a women. I inquired on information about her company and she hung up.
Thanks for the research Courtney - Steve replies to CourtneyThanks for the research Courtney. Our business is a church, and we get these calls every day, too. I have started to ignore calls from outside of our local area (I have caller ID). I let the answering machine pick them up. I figure if it's important, they'll leave a message, and if not, they'll get tired of calling. But this number has been calling at least a couple times a week for over a month. Very persistent!
- LauraUnfortunately, I get robo calls at work, too. I registered my work # with the federal Do Not Call Registry, waited 31 days and presto! Lodged my first complaint, against these punks, today. Thank you to everyone who has contribued here.
- DannyJust received a call from 240-556-9970, CID said it was "Glenn Dale MD". I picked up, robo said it was John calling to let the owner of the business know his loan yada yada yada...I pressed 0, was transferred to rep, who said, "Thank you for calling NSBA, how are you today?" to which I responded, "I'm doing wonderfully! May I ask that you place my number on your internal DO NOT CALL list?"
He promptly hanged up the phone on me.- Call type: Telemarketer

I would email this person to request your name taken off of the calling list. I am getting these robo calls everyday and sometimes twice daily. It is so irritating and I sure am NOT going to do any business with this company. As a matter of fact, I am letting anyone I know the problems I have been having with them.
You can also file a complaint with the government "Do-Not-Call" list, file several if necessary. Eventually they will get the message.
Hope all of the best.

- AnonymI got a call blaring out you have been approved for a credit card , no real person, these butt wipes need to get a life. PEOPLE HATE AUTOMATED CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I called them back and gave them a piece of my mind.Just nothing worst then not be able to say nicely I'm not intrested, No I got to waste my time putting up this crap!
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Chris BradfordGot a call from this company telling me I'm approved for $8,000 in credit and as I started to say I'm not interested he simply hung up on me! I barely got three words in and he just hung up because he could tell I wasn't going to be a sucker. I wasn't even slightly rude in my tone of voice. If that's the way people are treated I'm going to start calling them and letting them give their little pitch and then just hang up on them. See how they like it. If the guy would have just waited two seconds and said 'thank you goodbye' it would have been ok.

- Fiona replies to JOHNTheir caller ID now says "SBA Loan" sounding really legitimate. Thanks for your messages which helped me decide not to follow up with them.
- LturkelGo to their web site and send to customer service. The image@ address came back undeliverable. The multiple daily calls are getting very annoying. We will be reporting to the Texas AG if they do not stop.
- JohnLaura, It is my understanding that businesses do not qualify for the DNC list. I have resorted to sending cease and desist letters, which look really nice on my letter head since I am a lawyer.
