Every morning I am getting the call from this 240 573 7973 ,MD cleaning but when I return to this call no one is taken  "........................, this is unwanted  and very very very disturbing call and am going to report this call and take necessary action about this . Will  be report to police ".

Calls daily.  Reads script, when interrupted pretends that nothing is heard and restarts script.  Many times person reading script has so poor a command of English that the script content cannot be understood.  Number has been called back and menu entry to remove this number from database has been chosen, but the number continues to call. Very annoying.

"MD Cleaning" just called my home (call came in about 5:30 p.m.) and I had a field day with the person who was trying to sell me an appliance (e.g., fridge, oven) cleaning for $59.  These multi-talented people could also clean my dryer vent for an additional fee!  AND their "representatives" are CERTIFIED in Maryland!  Woo hoo!!  I live in Virginia, so of course I asked her why I would even consider paying for someone to do work in my home who isn't LICENSED and insured in the Commonwealth.  (Crickets in the background for a while) She started in on her script again and again I interrupted her with the same question.  Then she said she was calling because they have people "in your state".  And again I asked her to answer my original question.  (Crickets again)  Bottom line - I kept her on the phone for about 20 minutes - told her I have a database full of licensed and insured service providers (I'm a Realtor) and AGAIN asked her why I should pay someone from her company who is "certified" in a state in which I don't live.  She finally hung up on me.  Yes, I called them back, left a fairly direct message, etc.  If they call again, I'll play the same game with them.  
Gee, thanks, Federal Do Not Call List - being on this list is a total waste of time and tax dollars.

Just receive same call. Ignored and didn't answer.No message was left.

This number seems to be fradulent.  Nobody picks up at this number and the number they called from.  Looks to be shady.  I am thinking of reporting to police.

Just got a call from this number. They hung up when my answering machine answered. My out going message is we don't accept calls from telemarketers or people asking for donations. I have my phone system through Comcast so I can block up to 25 numbers. When a blocked # calls a message comes on that says this # does not accept calls from your number.  Works great. They sometimes will hang up and call back 5 or 6 times but it doesn't ring into my house.  I can view what calls come in and see who calls .

Just found missed call from MD cleaning, which came in yesterday.  Indgram - only 25 numbers to block from Comcast?
I purchased a Panasonic phone system last summer. I can block 250 numbers. The do not call does not work because scammers get new numbers faster than DNC can go after reported numbers.  I have peace and quiet and can block a new number in 20 seconds and if they call again, I don't hear it.

They wanted to clean my ducts. I told them my number is on the Do Not Call list. They got me to say "Yes" on the phone when he asked if I was sure that our number was on the National Do Not Call list. Not sure what they will do with that. Ugh.

Recieced a call from "Clean Services 240-573-7978" on Thursday 2/12/2015 @ 3:20 PM in the afternoon and as usual no message was left. Since no VM was left, the call was important to begin with.

I got this call this morning, looked at my phone and didn't recognize it so I let it ring, and then plugged it into my Panasonic phone. I'm getting tired of all these useless phone calls, and wonder why somebody hasn't done a reverse engineering on the do not call capability of a phone, so you don't have to block these calls in the first place. Make a phone where you can enter the phone numbers of the people you call and want to receive calls from and then you will only get calls from those people you want to and the any of the others the phone just doesn't ring. I get more calls from those I don't want to talk to than I do from those I do want to talk to. My 250 limit on my phone is filling up quickly.

I have a marketing degree and am tempted to break out one of my old training sales scripts and call them back!  Perhaps I'll make a sale!

they called again today and we picked up the phone and hung up the phone. and we are on the dnc register. I guess they want to drive all the way here and clean up for free, huh? otherwise illegal telemarketing.

i too have goten this number calling me wiht crazy script, also got va number 703-595-2251  calling me saying the same things.  yes i need my house cleaned to bad i dont have carpet anymore,  or what ever else they can spoof out of google numbers registery thru the net to scam, cleaning air ducts, carpets, credit cards solar panels... what ever,  .

That would be a great phone to have/own. A phone where I can program it to "only the people that I want to talk too" and ignore the rest. Unfortunately, technology hasn't made it that far yet. But someday, in the future, not sure when though, it might happen. I, like you, am tired of all the useless, worthless, waste my time phone calls that I recieve on a daily basis from multiple numbers and since I can't block them all, I just leave the ringer off, as I can still see when a call is coming in and who it's from regardless what the CID displays. It's a shame that we have to screen our calls coming in before deciding if we want to talk to them or call them back and like you, I recieve more calls from individuals that I don't want to talk to and less calls from the ones I would like to talk too.

I received calls two days in a row from this company - yesterday I answered (robocall from "The Carpet Cleaning Company"), today I did not. My number is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry - and I think it works for the post part. Telemarketers are to cross-reference their lists with the Do Not Call list. Legitimate businesses won't want to get into trouble (and lose business) - but there's nothing to stop an unscrupulous scammer from ignoring the List and calling you anyway. What do they care - they acquire new phone numbers before anyone catches up. Blocking is an exercise in futility.
I've had excellent results by filing complaints on the Do Not Call registry site: https://www.donotcall.gov. I don't do it often, but when I have, the caller/calls I reported do stop. It could not be easier to do. I reported this one. I also now guard my phone number so that it isn't grabbed by automated software off of the Internet - e.g., from a web page or forum, etc.; or sold by a Web site after I completed a form to download something; or from a subscription, or some other entity that doesn't really need my number. When a phone number is 'required' I use my area code and 555-1212, the phone # for information, or anything between (area code) 555-0100 - (area code) 555-0199 as those numbers are reserved for 'fictional use only'.

SPAM call....very annoying.  I am on the do not call list.

Received another unwanted call from Clean Services 240-573-7978 on 3/5/2015 at 4:09 PM. This so called company has been calling my resident for the last 4 days at all different times of the day and sometimes at night and they never leave a VM.
Usually I don't answer my phone and let my answering machine take the call but today, I figured today I will answer my phone an mess with their minds (if they have a mind) so I answered my phone and procceded to tell them:
"Hello! Thanks for calling!! Your call is very important to us!! Please remain on hold while we connect you to the next available rep. Have a good day!!!" and after saying that, I just put the phone down and walked away.
I guess they aren't to bright either!!!

This tele-scum called and left no message.  Another spammer not to be trusted.
