Je trouve ces gens très très très harcelants. Parce qu'ils appelle en moyenne une fois par mois et dans l'enregis-trement en anglais ils disent de choisir no.1 si vous voulez parler à un représentant ou no. 3 si vous ne voulez pas être appeler et malgré cela ils continuent de nous harceler à chaque mois, et si vous ne répondez pas à leur appel il laisse enclencher leur message à chaque foi.  Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un quelque part qui peu les arrêter?

Did not answer. Voicemail left was a recorded message saying I could lower my interest rate to as little as 1%. Clearly scam.

Recieved same call today, 3/9/2016 at 12:30 PM and of course no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with.
Another scam in progress. Number is now blocked permanently.

Scam. Left a voicemail about lowering my interest rate.

Rang twice and hung up, no voicemail left.  Probably the scam mentioned in above posts.

Recorded voice "Bridget" calling from credit card services about my account, offering to lower my interest rate.  But of course, it didn't mention my card holder company specifically.  Was told to press 9 to speak to a representative, or 3 to stop these calls.  I pressed 3 but nothing happened.  Odd, "Rachel" from another # (540-599-3138) called offering the same deal.

Received a call on an unlisted work-issued cell phone number. A pre-recorded message stating they had an offer to reduce my credit card interest rates. Voice prompt to press numbers for specific departments. After pressing 1 and waiting for 5 minutes, someone came onto line asking if I currently owed more than $2000 in credit card debt. I explained I don't own credit cards and they promptly hung up the phone.
