Had a call from this number that rang a couple of times. Other websites saying similar phone numbers are scammers. Block the number and DO NOT call back!!!

Thank you. Received a call just now. The phone only rang for 3secs and then stopped. Have blocked the number now.

Just got a missed call from this number, first thought it was a relative calling from skype but the country code +245 is actually Guinea-Bissau, Africa. Super weird, blocked now.

I got received a call from this number at 2 in the morning Australia time! So I was woken up and I wasn't very impressed.

Googled the area code and found out it's from Guinea-Bissau. So most certainly a scam! DO NOT CALL BACK!!!

They rang for about two rings then hung up this is happening quite a bit really bloody annoying HAS TO BE A SCAM

I had the same call at 1:30 am and again this morning at 9am!!! I tried to call back but the person just kept saying hello hello hello hello and then my net on my phone just [***] itself very weird don't call the number back!

Got the phone calls too, both at 1.30 am (which I did not pick up) and 5 minutes ago (I regrettable picked it up before I looked it up on google, do you think it will bring me trouble?). Have put the number on my phone's reject list, I don't know how well it will work.

Just got a phone call, it rang out for like a few seconds i tried to answer not realising anything.. but it didn't connect was too slow.

It rang about 2 seconds. Googled the number, it must be a scam. Blocked it now.

Ive just got the same number called me just 5 mins ago, then i googled that number and yeah many ppl have got the same call from the bloody same number!! Scammer!! DO NOT CALL BACK

Hi not sure where u are all from but I am in Victoria and I just experienced this same thing also at 1.30am, was just sittinf there minding my own busy then my phone rung' as i was complentating weather or not to answer thinking who would be ringing me at this time on a number i dont know but 3 rings and it hung up.
Likewise i tried calling back to get this call cant be connected right now, i rang 1122 for assistance which they looked up and told me where the call was from, same place u all talking about Guinea Bissua? They tied calling it and had no luck themselves then I googled it and found this pole.
Wtf!? Does anyone have anymore info about it? What kind of scam is it? How did they get our numbers??

+245 4088 527 Called me twice on my phone and hung up. This the same no. that called my father-in-law last week then sent sms warning "last chance...."  thinking it only does this on the vodafone network.
