Called the first call display read Anonymous and told me he was representing Microsoft and i had something wrong with my computer. I told him I am a computer tech to !!!! off and hung up. He called back as unknown name, and wanted to know my credentials as a tech. I replied similarly same expression. He then called back unknown name to ask if I would talk to my mother that way. I replied yes if she was acting like you. He then called back about 8 times and hung up or a fax sound on the 7th and 8th call this number came up. 1 247 555 8471

Just added this number to my call block list with Rogers.  That's a great feature, you can block specific numbers and all anonymous and private callers. You can also choose, if you want, to only allow specific numbers.  Blocked callers get a message that you are unavailable.
