I keep getting calls to call a different #

wrong number this is  a scam

Called 8 times in 2 days, never leaves a message. Blocking number.

Verizon wireless, left a message that my payment was past due and asking me to make payment arrangements.

It's Verizon telling you your payment is past due.

They say it is Verizon.  My bill is not past due and is current.  It's a scam!

This is a Scam phone number. If you call back from your cell you will be charged for the call.

It's not a scam, it's "Verizon wireless" calling for late payment or a "missed payment arrangement" or a missed "Promise to pay agreement". This will trigger an automated response by a previously arranged agreement that Verizon enters in their system.  Sometimes the automated system "slips up" & calls when it shouldn't or a payment that's previously agreed on is made in the last minute of the agreed due date.

You're an idiot. It is NOT Verizon wireless calling about pmt. You will receive a text msg/email about a late payment LONG before they'd call you. Go back and tell John and Anthony at "Bruner Kahn & Associates" to go pound sand you pathetic parasite.

Verizon Wireless calling to let me know my payment method (credit card) was refused due to expiration.

They use a local(ish) number as the caller ID but direct you to call their 1-800 number to speak with a customer service person.  Not really true debt collection - more of a payment reminder call.

It is most definantly VERIZON, I knew my payment was past due and was going to be calling them on my lunch today, and they called me from this number before I could. So happy they did saved me the time of sitting on hold for a rep.

I just received the call and didn't answer, looked on this forum and noticed the comments. A few moments later I received a text reminder then another call. It is DEFINITELY Verizon trying to reach you for a payment before they suspend services. So before you slam someone (Mike B) for trying to help, maybe you should do some research of your own or pay your bills ya broke [***]. So I guess that would make "YOU THE IDIOT MIKE B!!!"

this call came on my cell with no ID. when they asked me to ID myself I hung up.

They claim to be Verizon. My bill is paid and up to date.

Definitely Verizon. I knew I couldn't make this month's payment and this number called immediately following a text that my services were going to be suspended. Mike B is either a troll or just [***].
