Receive a phone call minutes ago. It's a man. After I told him I am the person he is asking for, he hung up on me immediately. Be alert of this phone number.

Answered and said hello a few times, the caller (a woman, I think) said maybe one syllable before hanging up. Couldn't make it out.

That is exactly what happened to me.

Called my cell phone, said nothing.

Called my number and I answered. There was nothing.

Main said he was calling from the Chrysler warranty department. he knew the make, model, and year of my Chrysler vehicle and asked if I wanted information about my warranty. i said the factory warranty has expired on my vehicle. He said, 'oh, well nevermind' and he hung up. he was calling from a huge call center judging from the background noise...

Claimed they were from the "warranty department" for our Toyota 4Runner. We don't have a warranty on our vehicle. Asked if we "have received the information they have been sending".

I did not answer.  No vice message left.

I answered and said hello twice. No answer on their end. They hung up.

I received a call from this number today. The caller was a young female who asked for me by name - "Sam". I asked what the matter was regarding and she said it was regarding Sam's car, then named the year and model.

I said "Okay, could I take a message for Sam?" She said, "Nope, no message," and promptly hung up....

Very suspicious and not nearly as legitimate as the last time they called me, 2 weeks ago. That time they called from the same number and pretended to be from State Farm insurance, whom I use.
