Yep, hung up.  Rang once then went to busy signal when called back.

i got a miss call from this number, i called back and there wasnt a ringer, and after about 10 seconds is went busy. very strange and i would like to kno whow they get my number

SCAM!  Said was calling about recent survey I completed (which I did not) and said it was for job opportunities and had a few questions to ask to see if I qualified to match up to jobs.  Asked a few basic questions (eligible to work in US, highest degree completed, etc.).  When asked if interested in going back to school if there was an opportunity to receive financial aid if working full-time and wanting to go back to school, I answered no and they hung up.  I tried calling back and got a fast busy signal.  I am on the DO NOT CALL registry and do not appreciate receiving these types opf scam calls!!

Yup. Hung up when I answered and got a busy signal when i called back. Glad I looked it up. I recently did a bridal show and figure that's how my number got out. How sad. :(

This is an AUTOMATED SCAM. It's a voice interactive response to get your information. If the call is answered then it begins its questioning while at the same time recording your voice responses. MSG: "Calling about an online survey I most recently participated in... How are you doing today?"... "OK"...... (then the call hangs up if there are no voice responses.) If you keep talking, it keeps recording your responses. You will become a victim of IDENTITY THEFT if you've given any of your personal information like SSN, ADDRESS, PHONE numbers, ect.....hope this helps everyone because its called my phone at least twice in the last 2 months.

Told me they were calling about a survey I participated in recently.  I don't participate in ANY surveys.  Hung up on them.

I got the same thing, only I didnt answer any of his questions. I asked him to repeat the company name and his name he said it was JV Positions, and his name was Joeseph Peters, then hung up. I tried calling back, and no ring, just a long pause then busy signal. I even resorted to googling the company name, and the closest i found was JV Industrial, out of Texas. I called them, and spoke with a woman who said they would NOT have called me for that reason, or ask me any of that info about completing an online job survey.
for others: in any situation, do NOT give out personal information over the phone unless you call the company, and know who you're talking to. No company should be calling and asking you to verify personal information. If they do ask for the company name and name of the person you're speaking with, hang up and verify the phone and company info and call them back... Otherwise it is a PHISHING SCAM!
