This number just phoned me three times on 9/3/15 at 9:15 PM ET, then again 10 minutes later, and a third time 5 minutes after that.  I did not answer any of the calls. It was listed on my Caller ID as "HOV Svcs Inc".  I dialed the number back and a fax tone answered.

WAS sending a fax to GA when got call from 248 524 2583 which was like a fax coming in. Call back get fax line. WHO IS THIS ?

Will not stop calling me!

These [***] called me Sunday morning at 10:15 AM. Got blocked real quick. DNC does a good thing... RIGHT

By chance were you sending something to the VA. Just got a call back from this number stating they received my fax I sent them. FYI

I faxed a letter to VA. Got a call from this # a few minutes after I hung up. It was a fax machine.  Reconnected my fax so they could talk to each other. It turned out to be VA telling me my fax was successfully received.  Apparently the VA fax machine will keep calling back until it gets a fax machine on your end not a human.

It is a fax machine and it keeps recalling. We have know way to figure out who it is.

I just faxed some documents to the VA and got a call back almost immediately.  Leave your fax machine on so that their fax can talk to yours then the calls should stop

Thanks for the info. I just faxed a form to the VA this number has been calling back and seems to be going to my fax machine (same as the house number). No voice call back yet.

I received five (5) phone calls in a row from HOV SVCS INC.  No message was left.  I DO NOT, do not want to receive any more calls from HOV SVCS INc.  I DO NOT know why they called me but I want them to REMOVE my number from their calling log book and NOT MAKE ANY more of these UNSOLICITED Annoying CALLS to me!

Got a call on my cell phone after I faxed a document to the VA.  I didn't fax from my cell phone but my home landline.

Keep receiving calls back to back from 248-524-2583. Will not stop. How can I get them to stop calling, I am on the Do Not Call list. Sounds like a fax, but not receiving one.

I want these calls to stop.

3 phone call in a row after 11 pm at night.

What makes you think they will honor your wishes if they are breaking the law?

Ok, So I let my Fax answer the call and it was an auto reply from the Department of Veteran Affairs Intake Center acknowledging the date and time of reciept of myfaxed documents. WOW! :-) No comspirisy this time!

It's a repeat call number and when answered it has a fax sound.
