CID showed Royal Oak MI she asked for our maintenance mgr and I asked
who she was with and she said Tri Chem and I told her "Oh, no, we don't
put you through to him and she hung up.  Tri Chem is a bad rip off company.

Actually I'm pretty sure that they are not a 'ripoff' company. They make roofing supplies and other chemicals. They have a few youtube videos showing their products. They could have been following up on a sales lead i.e. they aren't telemarketers. They belong to the BBB and have no complaints against them. I called them inquiring about a couple of their products (and I do work in property maintenance). Thanks for posting though, because at least we know who this number belongs to!

1.The first encounter I ever had with anyone from that company, they lied to me.
2. They use abusive language if you don't comply.
3. Our maintenance managers refuse to do business with them.
4. Their lies, abusive language and method of operations have never changed.

We consider them a rip off company and will never use them.

Some loud lady asking for maintenance mgr. We don't have one I said. She says someone called her and wanted to buy some floor patching. I said and you don't have a name, she says no I'm just following up. So I put her on hold, then told her  I can take message she hung up. As soon as someone says maintenance mgr, I know the scam.

I am a facilities manager at a printing company. I had check my voice mail and this number was on there. The message was....."Ask Pamalama". Ummmm. A bit unprofessional. Thanks to the posts I now know who it is. Thank you.

They also call from 248-577-1835. Rude little girl named Natalie and Lynn calling from "Tri-Chem" even though the caller id says "Resource Tech", calling for the Maintenance Supervisor (no contact name on their end so no not following up on anything, none of our Maintenance guys know who they are) about floor apoxy and ceiling material.  Check out the 800notes for the other number and you'll see they're just as rude and snotty. Really, do you think cussing at people and being unprofessional is going to do your business well? NO!

CID showed Resource Tech, still trying to sell that concrete patch. Told
her I wasn't putting her through we don't buy from them and we didn't
send an inquiry, we can mix our own concrete.
