Got a call earlier today on my company cell. My 13 year old son is also getting calls from this number.

Got a call from them today.  It was on my mobile phone, but I did not answer it.  The caller ID just said Auburn MI.  I called the number back immediately and it was answered with a message that I had reached Allstate.  I immediately thought of the insurance company, but we do no business with them.  A message went on to ask me to leave a message for "my agent."

My wife got a call from this number and the recorded message said it was a CitiBank and there was a problem with our debit card.  We do not have a debit card at CitiBank.  This must be a scam.

Both my husband and I got a call from this number on our cell phone over the weekend.  I couldn't make out the bank name (but Phil's post on Citibank sounds right) through the very poor automated message, and also got the message that my debit card had been compromised and asked me to continue with the call to reactivate it.  I hung up.  My financial institution confirmed today that if our account was compromised, they would not call with an automated message.

This number, even though called back, rings to an Allstate agency, was not the agency making the calls. I heard from a reputable source that this number was compromised by a third party from outside of the country.
