WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO "S NUMBER THIS IS? IT KEEPS SHOWING UP ON MY CALLERS' LIST.

Would like to know who this number is --- you cannot call back it comes up as not in service

The number is listed to a Shawn Ryks in Boswell BC. Did not leave a message, but I'm sure that is wasn't important.

This is a Credit Card phishing scam. They ask for your last 12 numbers, (The first ones are all the same 4520). Offering a reduced interest rate... buyer beware.

calledus, i answered,no one there ,it's annoying this nbr. calls once a week,like to get rid of them

Call began with a recorded voice advertising lower credit card rates.  Advised to press 9 for live representative.  My husband pressed 9 and told the guy he didn't want him calling anymore.  We are supposedly on a no-call list and yet this company phones every week.  Husband first asked where guy was located and guy said company is American, but he was located in Canada.  Shortly my husband got irate and started yelling at the guy.  Husband hung up.  Two seconds later the guy calls back and threatens to keep calling and calling and calling.  Husband yelled louder and threatened to have him charged with harrassment.  We'll see if he calls again tomorrow

Just received one about 10 minutes ago. unfortunately he caught me at a busy time and I gae him my credit card number. He checked and told me my balance (which I was surprised) he then asked me my birthdate. that is when i got suspicious. I told him I thought this ws a scam and I would be calling my credit card company for verification and if he legit to call me back tomorrow night. mastercard immediatly cancelled my credit card number. please be more careful than I was.

Just in case he calls back, are you suitably armed with a whistle, air horn, smoke alarm or screaming 5 YO kid to break his ear drum?

The message goes something like this (not verbatim but for what I can remember):`

Hi! My name is Lisa. You have been selected for an interest rate as low as 6%.
To speak with a representative, please press 9 .Again, to speak with a representative,
press 9.

And then it keeps repeating frantically.
This is a cam, DO NOT give away any information.

I just got a Panasonic phone with "call blocker".  Then you can insert any unsuitable calls numbers on this phone and... that's it.  No more call from this one and the others 866calls...

I got a call from 250-223-8594 one month ago. I hung up. Today, I just got another call from them. And « J » is right it goes like : Hi! My name is Lisa. You have been selected for an interest rate as low as 6%.
To speak with a representative, please press 9 .

I press 9 to talk to a representative (to ask them to stop calling us). A guy named Shawn answered and I asked him to stop calling and he hung up on me! Is there something we can do to stop this? ;)

You may avoid further calls by pressing 9 to get a rep then use a whistlem and blow hard in his ear...if he gets taht treatment everywhere he callshe will stop...

Repeat calls from this number.

Telemarketing scam.

Thanks lord i'm not alone! Glad i checked on google to find out about this number before trying to call back, cause sometimes it gets even worst after you recall once...but thanks for the horn and whistle tip...i'll keep that in mind and near the phone too! This was the first time i see that number...hopefully they wont try again, i would just like to know where they got my number from. I am living in canada and we do have a list that you can apply so telemark. business cant get or use your number, but i guess they dont mind about it at all cause i am on that list and i still get those annoying calls.

Just received a call that left no answer on my machine.  I also see that it is listed to Shawn Ryks in Boswell, BC but when I called back, just now, it reports that the number is not in service.

Same number 1-250-344-0004 calling. Just another scam number.

Called and did not leave a message.

I have the phone # blocker on my Panasonic phone as well....best investment I ever made !!! I have about 40 numbers from scammers and telemarketers blocked...
