Called but did not leave a message.  Caller unknown

I got a call from this number on my cell phone, and I don't even have this number listed nor is this number they called a customer of Rogers if that is who this is calling.

I checked around and found number for Roger's Customer Service. 1-888-764-3771 and asked to be removed from their call list.  They promise it will be.

I did not answer the phone call, but when I called back, I got a recorded voice saying "You have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service."

received call 2 days in a row from above number and yet when I dialed it back the operator recording tells me it is a number no longer in service ... how can that be if they are making calls from it to me?

The caller has software that allows him to send you a fake number to your CallerID; this is called spoofing. The caller can be anywhere on this planet and should be treated as hostile.

2:11 pm Nov. 26/10.  Recording saying I won a prize from Air Canada.  Yeah, right!  Said to press One.  I pressed the  * key many times--hopefully it'll mess up their dialing system, then I hung up.  Call came from BC area code.  Calller ID showed "Long Distance".

Got the same BS about being an Air Canada / Jazz customer.  F that S.

It was an automated message stating I was an Air Canada customer ans am elligable to win a prize, press 1 to continue.

Nov 26 at about 4:30pm PST, received call stating I was a valued Jazz / Air Canada customer. I pressed 1 and was on hold for a few minutes. I was told I had won a free vacation and that they needed to validate my age and wanted a CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!!! I asked who I was speaking to and they hung up!

Got a voice message from 250-590-8462, asked to press 1 to continue. I simply just deleted the call as I believe it was a fraud or a vishing call. NEVER answer these type of phone calls, most likely they wanted to steal your identity or password etc.
