They called me in Vancouver at about the same time that they called you.

When I told the stupid [***] that I don't carry a balance on my credit cards she hung up.  Once again some one that we let into this great country that doesn't want to work for the "DREAM", but wants to steal it

Lower interest rate on MasterCard offerred...after a lot of crap they finally said it would only cost $350. I hung up. I also called my Bank and reported the incident.

Persistent phone calls.  Do not call list seems to be ignored.

Got a call "lowering interest rates" pressed 1 told them to not call back. Told by rep "F*ck you" Hung up on. Tried to dial back seconds later - not in service.

Called saying there was a problem with my credit card and it needed fixed right now. Just hung up on them.

I had three calls in two days. They do not leave a messsage on the answering machine. They ignore the No Call list. Area code 250 is in Victoria BC. I hope the CRTC will change its rules because if you cannot name the person calling you then they will not follow up on your case. And companies know that too.
