I see this is ICSolutions.....but the call will not connect when I call back.....who is this?

the call most likely came from a Inmate at a prision or someone locled up at a correctional facility.

Yes I have been getting call everyday from this number (2512020285) from someone at correctional facility Alabama.

I got called from this number FOUR TIMES!  The first two times they left an automated message claiming it was a call from an unnamed inmate from Baldwin Correctional in Alabama.  The second two times they called, no message left.

I get 2 or 3 calls a day from this # 251-202-0285 . they say something in Spanish .  i hang up on them it sounds like a recording

I've been called a few times by this number, and I have no idea why. The person leaves a message from a jail or prison, says her name is "Amber", and of course requests if I will take the call.  It makes me wonder 1st, how anyone could get your call phone number when you've never given it out and it's from a government program for low income disabled people, and 2nd, what the intended purpose would be anyway.  As a government phone, I don't even know if it would allow to accept the call even if I were crazy enough to try, but if it did, I'd have no clue how a bill could be sent to me, since I don't get a bill, I just have to pay around 1.72 a month or so on a tax, so would you suddenly get a new letter with a giant bill?  I know that jail calls are usually rediculously expensive, I don't understand how the government can allow that the legal system take such advantage of people who do have family in jail or prison.  Those people are paying for their crime, but when you send giant bills to the family, your now punishing the family as well.  It makes no sense.  Lastly, if this is happening with regularity all over the place, is this being done on purpose or is it a prank?  It makes me interested to see if there were some prison scheme in place, where someone is actually forced to sit at a desk, and cold call different phone numbers, in the hopes that they do connect to someone willing to take the call, simply out of the curious need to know if it's someone in the family, and being done to get extra revenue for that particular prison, because I can't understand why this type of thing is happening, if it's not on purpose, and for profit.

Or "Amber" can't remember the phone number she was trying to call and misdialed.

Have not received a call personally but people in my contacts have and said it's my voice saying my name for a collect call from Baldwin County Corrections Facility. I'm not in jail and obviously a scam.

This number is the main line from ICSolutions.com. It's a phone service used by inmates to call friends/family and in some cases they can just call any number in hopes someone will answer for them. If you respond to the call just get the information from the inmate what facility they are calling from then call this number and request ICSolutions to block the facility if you dont' want further calls coming in to your number.

Normally, at the end of the recording you have an option to block the caller.  If that doesn't work you can call ICSolutions at 1-888-506-8407.  As others have stated, this is a call from an inmate in an Alabama correctional facility or any correctional facility that uses ICSolutions.
