Someone from this # calls my cell phone every day, sometimes twice a day.

Really, you have received calls from this number everyday?  Do you know anyone from Mobile, Al that may be trying to stay in touch...?  Everyday is a  bit much...I'd say....

that number is calling me to and I do not know anyone in Mobile.  I called and the company says Debt Settlement America but only allows you to leave a message.  Usually you will get these calls because you filled out an online form for debt help but I know that I did not.

first time said mortgage refinance-never asked for one,next time said debt relief.never asked for that either.told broken english speaking person that i was on national and pennslvania do not call list and to take ny number out of their system -said ok but still calls me every monday at about 10:30 am.sick of phone calls.

I get a call every day on my cell phone at the same time from this number. It's a debt settlement company, said I filled out an online form - which I did not do. Fortunately I'm not currently carrying ANY debt so there's no need. told them so & requested they take me off the list/their automatic dialer. I'd like to know who sold them my number - I'm on the state & federal do not call lists but still they persist.

I also get a call everyday from this number around the same time each day. They used to call me from a different number, saying that I filled out an online form (which I never did), requesting information about debt settlement. I told them that I had done no such thing and they said they'd take me off their call list - a few weeks went by with no calls but alas they have either sold my number or have changed the number they call from because after I thought it had stopped, they began calling again from the different number (the one listed above).
It is really enfuriating that they won't stop calling because, not only did I not fill out any online forms, but I have no debt to settle and now my number is floating out there somehow and this company won't stop calling!

This number shows up on my caller ID every day. If it is a debt settlement company as stated in the reports here on line, I never filled anything out. If asking them to take ones number off their list doesn't help, who can we report them to?

I got a call form this place today - they do call several times a day. I decided to pick up - they asked for my son. He wasn't here - no message - said they'd call back. Like i"m going to answer it again? NOT!

FYI - it's Debt Settlement OF America - chances are you filled out an on-line survey, and answered a few questions.  Your name(with contact info) is then sold to any company offering any of the services they questioned you about - hence the consolidation, loan and settlement calls.  Doesn't matter if your on the do not call list, you (or someone posing as you) put your personal information on the submission...they can't cold call.   They have 90 days because YOU REQUESTED info
