A lawyer wouldn't call, papers would come from their office or the court.
Besides they wouldn't call from their cell phone....

These jerks left a message on my wife's phone looking for me saying they had a package that required my signature, said something to the fact they were from financial solutions. I live nowhere close to north carolina and furthermore any legitimate company will notify you in writing by mail. A debt company cannot say you defrauded a financial institution or threaten you with jail.

Called to say I had package that was returned and needed my add. I never had a package coming and he kept trying to get my add

Call me about there was a package that they needed to deliver but wasn't there and if they wanted to get in touch with me I need to to press 1 and they tried to tell me that it was a payday loan that I received about 8 years ago then they connect me to somebody else and said that it was for my credit card issue its a scam so whatever you do do not fall for this they need to get a life or they need to go to jail do whatever
