    Receive phone call from 252-360-4192, when I answered the person hung up.  Then when I called back he said his name was Frank and when I asked why he called and hung up on me, he hung up again.  Called again, same guy answered, then it switched over to a recorded call about the NC Troopers Association.  Not appreciated.

    called..did not answer because did not recognize the number...message left was only hello, hello. When I did a call back got nothing....I am so annoyed getting these phone calls...I have signed up not to receive these type of calls, but still get them.
