Called me at 7AM in Ohio! Who IS this?

Called at 7:00 AM in Georgia.  When ansered, no one there.

Called at 9:00 AM no one answered

About 9:40 AM 12/28/2011:  Answered with single "Hello" after second ring.  Caller hung up without speaking.

The caller asked for a family member by name.  When I asked "who's calling?," they said "Claire from the County Extension Office."  Our very urban county has no extension office.  I asked "The County Extension Office??  From what county?.  They hung up.   About 5 hours later we got a call from the same number, but this time nobody responded when we answered the phone.

Someone called from this number regarding spraying crops a few days ago. I got another call early this morning and no one responded when I answered. After checking my caller ID it was the same number.

Got a call in PA at 10:15 from this number. It was a man asking for a family member. When I responded that the family member was not here, he hung up.

Several calls over the last 2 months.  This morning she asked for a family member, I said may I say who is calling, she spoke something very fast, then hung up.  Quite annoying.

no voice, just fax noises, please stop calling

Unlike the electronic noises this number usually generates, today a mans voice left a threatening message on my answering maachine.  Most of the words were garbled, and he spoke unclearly, but the words [***] cross can be heard.  [***] was said twice.  As you can see, this is not my first encounter, but I feel things are heating up on their end.  I am uncomfortable, even feeling threatened by this latest call

The phone rang at 8:56 and the person hung up. This is annoying when you are trying to get work done.

Had more than one call. This time asked for me.

This place called asking for me by first name on 2/16 at 8am in OH, supposedly selling a crop spray that lasted for 2 years. Yea right, what a scam. Don't give them any info, just report them.

Called me at 7:55am in Ohio. Asked for a family member. When I said he was not available, the woman said "This is a business call" then hung up.

The numer calls every other day and asks for my Uncle, who has no identification with this number. The number shows up on my caller id as 614-5441 with no area code. Have called it back from another blocked number and got a fax machine.
