This  phone number called me and stated that there has been a legal complaint filed against me.  he gave me an 888-414-5973 phone number to dial and a file number MCC1329.  I didn't call them. I don't know how they got my phone number.

They said the same thing as Lesya to me and request sensitive information.  I know it's not true because I work for the state I live in.

Called asking for my father.  Said they needed to serve him papers but wouldn't tell me what it was.  They gave me an 888 number and a mcc file number as well.  Seems to be a scammer phishing for info.

I got the same call today told me to call 888-414-5973 and gave me a file number . So I called that number because they are talking about taking me to court. So someone named Jordan answered my call and is telling me I had a Bank Of America Credit Card back in 2005. But I've never had that credit card. So idk
