Someone from this # continues to call, will not say anything. When they do answer they have been told not to call this # but they continue to call.

Receive calls from that number at least a couple of times per week.  They hang up when I answer.  I called the number to ask what it is about and was told they would check why my number was on the call list.  
Put me on hold, then hung up.  Called back and got voice mail message referring to United Process Services.  Very similar name to United Process Service out of NYC, NY; but it has nothing to do with the NY based company, which is totally legit.  The NY based United Process Service said that they get calls from people who have been harassed by people calling from the 252-654-2136 number.
