Just another lowlife bill collection agency

I love how they continue to violate the Fair Debt Collection Act!! When you ask WHY you are calling, you don't tell me "I am calling for myself"  and then when I acknowledge myself suddenly tell me you are attempting to collect a debt! JERK!

I told them that the person that they are looking for has moved, but they keep on calling. Talk about your lowlife jerks.

Bulls City Financial chances down folks with health debt.

These are Bull City thugs, they call me all day long from 252-814-3573--252-814-2257 plus the other office  1-800-489-7999 in Durham NC.  I owed ECU and have paid them every amount I owed.  Now they call my cell all day long.  I have contacted ECU trying to get them to stop these parasites from harassing me.  I have been trying to get in touch with the BBB or the Attorney General in NC.  I have all my money order receipts, I started to pay by check then Bull City started to convert my checks to ARC so I would not have a clear record  of what I paid. TOO BAD, THESE THIEVES ARE JUST AS BAD AS PEOPLE WHO OWE MEDICAL BILLS.

evidently, the last 4 people to whom my number belonged are as low life as this debt collection company.  i keep telling them that this has been my number for over 2 yrs, but it only stops them temporarily.  a few weeks later, the harassment starts again.

This is the number of only one of the many crazy and constant calls that I receive daily. This is the first time I knew the name of this particular one. I have no earthly idea where all of these people found my phone number. Please help me find a way to stop them.
