SCAM!!! They are calling saying they are the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against you - call back immediately. It's a fake recording!!!

Call recorded but missed the beginning. Stated that I was being sued and to call for specifics. The caller was a woman which is a new one.

Reprt these calls to the FTC.  I just got one as well

received two calls from this number today. Both recordings claiming to be IRS and they have filed a lawsuit against me.

Someone called me from  this number today, saying the IRS wants to sue me. But I  have an accountant and a attorney.  So please do not contact  me again.

I didn't pick up because I don't answer anonymous calls. Caller I.D. only said "Washington". A voice mail was left, but the first part was cut off. All I got was a message to return call to their "department number". Yeah right. The last time I owed anything to the IRS was years ago, it was less than $100 and it was taken from the following year's refund. Try again, Scam-suckers.

We had two robocalls from this number on our voicemail today, stating "IRS is filing a lawsuit against you, call this number immediately to get more information about the case" and the female voice twice states the phone number - 253-200-5889.  I just called that number from my work phone - a correctional facility - and reached a message recorded in a female british voice stating: "The person you are trying to reach is not available at this time, please leave a message".  So I did:  "I'm filing a lawsuit against you, so don't call me again".  :)

Got a call from this number and did not answer caller id said PAYALLUP.   WA.   I let the answering. Machine get it
It was a womans voice recording stating that i was being sued by the irs when calling back the number it just rings and rings or its busy i actually did get through to a guy that asked if i received any thing in the mail and i told him no and we lost connection.
