    I got the same call in N.C. and when I tried the number all I get is a busy signal. Did a search on the internet and it shows that it orig. in Tacoma, WA. Going to contact the IRS just to be sure it isn't them.

    Got the same recoding 3 times called them talked to an Indian lady she told me they wanted to take me to court that was on a Sunday I told her I didn't know the irs works on Sundays see said to call back on Monday.

    Robotic female voice claiming to be IRS.  Says a law suit is being filed.  Gives this number to call back.  Called on a Saturday in N.C.  Might be fun to call back and jerk their chain, but who has the time?
