Received call from this number.  No message.  Caller ID shows Des Moines, WA.  Received this call on 4/20/16.  No further info available

I received a call from this number yesterday afternoon and again this morning, they left no voicemail.

Received a call on my cell. Tried returning it - recording came on saying it was a non-working number.

Robocall advertising auto insurance

Yes, that was the same call I received about 5 minutes ago. Her name was Samantha Harper and she said she was from NIH which she referred to me that it stood for National Insurance ?. She asked me if I had car insurance for the last 6 months and with whom, if I had a dui in the last 7 yrs and what my zip code was.She said that with the new insurance rules, she could probably save me a lot of money on my car insurance and wouldn't I like that? I couldn't find my insurance card and she seemed so impatient so she said she was transferring me to someone who could help me. When I was transferred, it said to leave a msg after the beep but there was no beep and just silence so I hung up.

Just receive call from a woman from 253-214-3017 saying she was with the National something Insurance and if I was older that 15 she knew of favorable insurance rates.  She did not know my name or my age or nothing; she was just fishing for information to reel me in.  Voice and answers were very robotic but polish, maybe a new high tech automatized service to hook up people to sell services or stuff.  Scary!!

I picked up, but no one answered me. Called back and got a recording for a "non working number."

calls have been made to two of us. I did not pick up, and the call log says its from Des Moines, WA.
other person picked up and call log lists Kent, WA. There was someone named Samantha claiming to be from a car insurance company, about a "claim". Well, we don't have any claims and would never give out info this way anyway ! NEVER answer these scammers' questions !

Robocall wanting to talk about changing laws in auto insurance. I didn't listen to the whole recording but hung up.

Called cell phone did not answer did not regonize the number.. no message left or what ever wish the jerks would stop dialing numbers .

Search for a blocking app in your play store.  If you're able to miss calls, make sure unwanted callers get no kind of answer from your number. The fact they're getting an answer and are able to leave messages keeps them returning. With patience, you should be able to cut back on junk calls.

Received 2 calls from this number this week. First time missed the call and with no message and tried to return call but got recording that number could not be reached. Received 2nd call today and picked up but caller then hung up.

I received a call from this person and I answered it and there was just breathing... it was really creepy so I hung up, a minute later a got a different call from my mom, she was worried she asked if I had anyone over... I said no and asked why she said because she got a text saying someone was watching me....

Super well-done robo call. It almost sounded real. The voice said her name was "Samantha Harper" just as reported previously. Definitely a scam.

I answered the call with "This is ____" and was greeted by silence. Then I said "Hello" and it responded with "Oh hi, this is"<click> and it hung up on me.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's a poorly programmed robo-caller that couldn't figure out if I was human or voicemail. It chose incorrectly.
