    ANOTHER 'I.R.S.' scammer call: (253) 214-3109, call id.: Seattle WA  {same as calls from (360) 358-2930: Shelton, WA}
Calling themselves "Internal Revenue Service-S"!  NOTE, the U.S. federal government agency is the "Internal Revenue Service." =1, NOT 2 'S's.  ; )
A pre-recorded message attempting to 'sell' the idea that they have any authority over your finances/you whatsoever:
    - DID NOT identify WHOM (if indeed anyone, but their next ignorantly willing 'mark') the call was supposedly addressing,
    - stated this was a 'final notice' (despite there having never been any official, 'legal notice' +automated calls don't qualify.)
    + claimed [someone/anyone/everyone/no-one? =] is being sued,
+ requested return call at same # (above, also appearing on caller id.)

NO ONE can be in any way shape or form held legally 'answerable' to any such 'unaddressed' message, verbal / written--DUH?  X )
+it IS ILL-legal for any debt collector to initiate contact with anyone via pre-recorded message,
+ illegal for them to threaten legal action before even informing anyone of what ever in the world they're only HOPING you'll jump to a conclusion they're supposedly claiming to be calling about,
+ illegal for them to make any such 'collections' claims without showing ANY documented proof that they're authorized to collect ... ANYthing.
+ NO ONE IS EVEN 'LEGALLY' OBLIGED TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE  (= or read e-mail for that matter--which's of course why these frauds don't use e-mail, because Americans are generally such Pavlovian suckers for answering their phones no matter what!  X) ...unless personally issued a court-order, ON PAPER to do so in the first place!

= If it's not delivered by U.S. Postal Service or court-approved courier ... any such alleged 'notice' CANNOT be legally qualified as 'official'.  Therefore, if you can't be bothered then don't even answer, let alone PAY them a single red cent!

It IS a Federal Offense of fellony to pose as an official from the U.S. department of the "I.R.S.", regardless (which is why these frauds use 'robo-calling' so if anyone returns their auto-message they can legally claim plausible denial: 'you initiated person-to-person communication' with them)
... and these calls SHOULD be REPORTED to proper authorities {i.e. NOT your local police dpt. which's probably clueless about what's to be done, dear 'kids':
Whell, NATURALLY our Federal government takes an especially keen interest enforcing that its tax-collections aren't being siphoned off by illegitimate 3rd parties! ; ]

File an on-line or phone complaint of harassment and F.T.C. violations with
The Federal Bureau of Investigations @ https://TIPS.FBI.gov/  (accessible from their "Report Threats and Crime" page).
What's more: if you've cause to believe such fraudulent calls originate from another state, the operation is probably ALSO subject to the Federal "R.I.C.O." act--which should be noted in your report; the F.B.I. does take such illeagal activities especially seriously.
+ DOUBTless, even the REAL Internal Revenue Service[-NO plural 's' on the end!] will be interested in hearing about these incidents?  These scams have been going on for a few years now + the actual U.S. I.R.S. may have a page on their site for reporting these now, also.

    #'Don't feed the tele-CONs'!#

-someone said these people are raising money for terrorism, yet threatening to take your liberty (to report them properly? X) by having you arrested IS a form of 'terrorism' in-of itself--is it not?  =Wake up and smell the postmodern 'wild west' extortion + racketeering psychopathy, 'you're already surrounded'!  Maybe try contacting your political representatives too, for once in a lifetime, you "...Free and the Brave"?
    • Caller: 'internal revenue ...service-S'?
