- IrkedCalled me today. Left no message. Background noise sounded like a bunch of telemarketers..Caller ID indicated TACOMA WA. I'm sure it's the scammers that call at least twice a day and use a different ID every other day to hide their illegal calling. So far I have logged over 20 different numbers.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JokerGot a call from this number, they asked for me by name and told me I was selected to receive $7000. They said they were from the US government. They gave me 2 numbers to write down. I knew it was a scammer so kept saying hello, hello, like the call was being lost. They hung up and called me again and I just kept saying hello, hello.
- Oneontacaller ID has the name "ameyo"
- Boss| 1 replyGot a call from this number, they asked for me by name and told me I was selected to receive $7000. I believe it is a scammer from a lady with Indian accent.
- CrunchWife answered the phone and "Henry" asked for me by name. That is strange because the phone is in her name AND it is unlisted. Why would anyone from the U.S. Goverment call offering me FREE money....especially with an Indian accent? It did sound like telemarketers and a scam.
- Caller: "U.S. Government"

- Crazy Gypsy| 1 replyThis caller told me I was selected for 10,000 grant from the government and wanted to know how I wanted to receive it. I told him in pennies delivered to my front door. Almost blew his mind. Then he wanted to confirm I was the person who had been selected to receive the grant. I said you called me, you tell me who do you think you called? He got completely frustrated and hung up after saying I was full of crap! Ha, ha, ha!

- Catherine| 1 replyI received a call from this number. A man with an Indian accent told me he was calling from U.S. Government Grants, and that I had been selected to receive a $7000 grant. He asked how I wanted to receive the grant: deposit to my bank account, on a visa card, or in cash. Sounds really questionable to me! I told him I'd have to look into it to verify he was calling from the US Gov. He insisted I call another phone number 202 621 0565 right away to receive my "grant". I searched that number and just see more people saying the same thing. Apparently they ask for bank account info and $190 before you can receive your $7000 grant. Uhhh...no thanks. I wasn't born yesterday.

- PerryGot a call from this number, a indian guy asked for me by name and told that I was choosed to receive $7000 grant with no tax. I believe it is a scammer.
- Little GI just got a call from this number. And as others have mentioned, the caller identified me as being selected for a $7,000.00 grant from the U.S. Government. When I politely asked to be removed from the calling list, the lady (Tracy) repeatedly screamed an obscenity that rhymes with "duck u". Then hung up.
Wow. I can appreciate she might not like her job, but I was not rude, I am not sure why I got the profanity. Oh, well. Such is life. Would've been nice to get 7K, think if I call her back she could let bygones be bygones and send me the cash? - YoneI got the same exact call and man with a forgien acient called and gave me the same speach. 7K paid to me by the U.S gov. To call a different # and spk to Debbie Bennett to claim the funds. She was very clear that inorder to recieve the $ I would have to pay $190 as a security and blaaablaaaablaaaa. That it would be reimbured to me with in 10 mins. I told her I wouldn't give my account info and why would i have to pay if its my money and how could I research this to be factual and not a scam. She was hesitant and vague. She gave me the www.gov.com to research and we hung up. I decided to look up the # and here we are. "Debbie's # is 1-202-621-0315" search lead to DC. Crazy! All our information is out on the Web for public view some for info for free and other info for as low as .97 cents so nothing is private any more....and that's scary!!!!!!!

- DEBRAGot a call from them about 30 minutes ago. Asked for me by name. I asked for their name (which they didn't give) and told them that Debra has all her calls screened. They said that they were sorry and immediately hung up. Sounded like they didn't like that idea. I wonder why?
- Caller: DIDN'T SAY.
- MaggieHave been getting calls from this number but this time I decided to answer it; guy with indian accent; I immediately told him I was not interested in whatever he was calling about and he started to try and said you don't even know what I'm calling about and I said I don't care and hung up. The guy had the nerve to call me right back so I answered again; he wanted to know why I wouldn't listen to what he said. Again I told him that I wasn't interested in whatever it was he was calling about, that my number was on a do not call list and to take my number out of their records and to not call my number again to which he said "goodbye".
- ValeriReceived a call from this number on 12/15/2011 at 15:55. A girl with some oriental accent vocalized my name and asked if that was me. I reciprocated: " And who is calling?" She asked again if that was me. I said "Yes". And then she hung up.
- Caller: AT&T
- Jean BolducGot call from this # & he said he was to busy to talk to me today & he would call back tomorrow. I told him not to call back and he said " yes, you will talk to me tomorrow or you will be in a bad situation." I told him I wasn't going to talk to him tomorrow or now and I hung up. That sounded like a threat to me and I don't even know what he was calling about but he asked for me by name.

- annoyedyep they are still calling. indian accented offreing USA free money?!?! DUH!!! The last question he asked me before i hung up the phone was how i was going to recieve my payment. Why should he care if i had to call another number anyways to claim the grant???? I immediately said cash. No way would they get my info!!! He asked my age and i am sort of young (26), so i think he thought he could fool me. Young but not dumb! i did however call back just to see and they immediatly hung up on me..lol...guess they wanted a direct deposit answerinstead of cash on that last question he asked me.
