Got this call with caller ID saying 'cell phone'

Same recording I hear all the time about 'this is your final offer' spiel to consolidate credit.  Pressed 1.  Actually got to some guy.  I answered his questions, and after I got bored, told him to 'Stop F...ing calling me!' and hung up.

I tried a call back on the number, and actually got to a recording that said it was something called Mac and they telemarketing.  (I'm on the do not call list)  Hit 1 to remove your number, so I did.

I was amazed it was actually a valid callback.  All the other calls with the exact same recorded pitch are fake numbers.

Ring nobody there. Minutes after 503-563-0081 called with duct cleaning telemarketing machine.

Cell Phone...253-245-8570!  This number has called us about Credit Card Services at least 6 times now.  I pushed one to tell them to stop calling our number...and in the middle of my sentence...Jamie hung up on me.  What do you think of that...they got to hang up on me?  Very rude.  
If you get this number on your Caller ID it will say Cell Phone...no business name.  Tried to call it back and the mail box was full according to that message.  
I am so tired of people calling...Others have called lately at 8:30 AM.  
I don't even have a credit card!  
They need to do their home work abit better.

Sick of these "This is your last courtesy call!" Not only am I called repeatedly, but they hang up when you tell them to quit calling.  Finally called back but got some company--said punch '1' to stop calls....we'll see if it does!!  They also say they have tried to reach me via mail....false!!
Can't something be done about these pests??  Isn't there some authority one could contact??
