This is an irritating credit card scheme. Don't know who owns it. I clicked one and hung up. I've found that waiting till the 4th ring results in them leaving the robocall.

The caller ID said "Reward Services."  I did answer, but they hung up before I picked up.

i have been getting all kind of calls. Its a credit card scam.

I have been getting calls from this number at least 2 times a day.  I don't know anyone in Washington State and have no business dealings with any companies located there.  I have not answered these calls, but they are a nuisance.  They never leave a message.  Very suspicious.

Answered the phone and they said they would lower my interest rate on my credit card to 6.9% Then some crazy guy came on the phone after waiting 10 min. and said it would cost me $500 to lower it. I said he was crazy and hung up!!! Do not give any information! Scam!!!!!!!

I got a call from this number this morning at 11:11am.  It's a scam

got a call @4:40 pm. SCAM!!! Stear clear, give NO info.
Can't this be stopped?

Keep getting these calls...I'm thinking I must be on a sucker list...how could so many different scammers call me?

Thank goodness for the internet..I google this number and then found your posts.  I got a call today at 9:12 am.  I do not answer if I do not recognize the number, then I do my research.  Good to see all your posts, thanks.

How do you punish these bothersome people.  They do not honor the do not call lists and call and call and call and hang up. and then call again.

Complain to the FCC about them maybe we will get enough complaints they can do something about them.
I have an unpublished number and have no idea how they got my number.
They call every 5 min and when i answer they hang up.

Caller ID pop up identifies 253-246-8518 as "CNAM" whatever that means....

Remember 3 years ago when WH was keeping and collecting those names who disagreed with their agenda??? We were warned about this. It's called getting revenge. They are soo immature aren't they??

They called me last week and again this week with Credit Card scheme and I am on a do not call list.

received a call at 5:05PM from this number but since I didn't recognize the number nor the area code I didn't answer and no message was left either - all despite being on the Do Not Call Registry, J O K E

Obviously some kind of scam....My caller ID had "CNAM" and they left a Robo voice mail offering to lower my credit card rates.  They also told me this was my final notice.  I wish.  These people call me at least 3 times a day.  It is getting annoying.

"this is your final notice to lower your credit card interest" QUIT CALLING ALREADY.
