Received a call from this number and they left a voice mail offering to "lower your interest rates". An obvious scam. The voice mail ended by saying to press "1" to speak to an operator and "3" to remove yourself from our calling list. NEVER EVER press any key in response to these scammers, otherwise you might get hit by a charge on your phone bill.

10-5-2011 received a call from 253-246-8538, Pacifictel. I picked up the receiver but did not say anything to the person on the other end.  A lady, I forgot what name she gave, said "I am calling about your credit card".  I just hung up.  I have been on the net checking this company out.  Seems they are in Kent, Washington.  I am going to check further about this company.

They call regularly--pox on 'em!

Got a call today from this number, and boy they sure don't like it when you tell them they are nothing but Scam artist. And then I just kept calling him a b!tchboy. Hey, he called my phone, not the other way around.

One of these days when I'm feeling perverse, I'm going to pick up on one of these guys and mess with them.  When they tell me they can lower my interest rates, I'll tell them, "No, you can't".  I have no credit cards, no loans and no interest-bearing debt.

Called me this afternoon and left a message telling me they could lower my interest rate on my credit card.

i added them to the do not call list ( donotcall.gov) everyone should go there and file a complaint!! the more they recieve the more they look into it.

Refused to remove me from call luist after being asked to do so.

Mine was like yours, only they were to give me aa 6.9% interest rate.  In order to connect to do it, I was told to push "9".  I always pay in full each month so I don't care what the interest rate on my card are.  Also, they never said which credit company it was--that's very strange so you know it was a scam.

The caller told me that he is a home remodeling contractor using the name of Remax home design. He could not provide a valid California State Contractors License number.

Robo call.  "lower your interest rate"....same old stuff.

I get regular calls from these bums.  I ask to be on their no call list, but they keep calling any way.
Today some idiot named Kevin Johnson wanted lower my credit cards and said he was from my credit card company.  I have no credit cards at all.

I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list. Today, I pressed one again to tell them. When the man asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate, I said no, I want to be removed from your list. He hung up on me!!!

And whenever you press ANY button, to remove yourself OR speak to someone, they charge your phone bill. I have just been informed by ATT: These are the numbers that are part of the scam and all 3 have called my house today: 253-246-8538/360-529-6186/​503-563-0286 Do NOT answer these calls or press ANY buttons, even to remove yourself from their call list. It's a scam to charge your phone bill small amounts of money that you won't recognize and sometimes larger amounts of money. There is NO way of getting this money back and your phone company cannot do anything to stop the calls or return your money to you. You CAN get a FREE 3rd party block on your phone so that these scammers cannot charge your phone. That's all the info I have. Please just hang up on these people and report the calls to the national Do Not Call Registry at: https://www.donotcall.gov/

Also please keep in mind that the name of the company that comes up on your phone CHANGES often, the phone numbers also change and if you CALL BACK you can risk being charged again. If you respond by clicking buttons the harrassment gets WORSE. I've been called 3 times today, probably in response to me clicking buttons. Call your phone company and have them check for '3rd party charges' on your phone. Some phone companies will do a ONE TIME credit to get the money returned. Get '3rd party charges' BLOCKED today. Same thing.  Caller ID said "Kent, WA."  I did not pick up and they left a message.  They had already started before the recording did, so I didn't get the first part.  They said they could lower my interest rate, but on what I'm not sure.  They said to press 1 to speak to an operator and 3 to be taken off their list.  I did not respond.

Best way to 'get back at them' is to Log this and all similar calls on the Government National DO NOT CALL Registry website:   www.donotcall.gov    click 'File a complaint'    only takes a minute...

Rachael from card holder services wants to lower my % rate to as low as 6.9%.

Called at 3:30 P.M. today. Caller id was Reward Solution.
