Called and left no message.  I need to figure out how to block this number.  Wish I could sue the
person or company for these harrassing calls.

my caller i.d. lists the number as being from HELLCOM  253-246-8542.

wtf is hellcom?

This is a new one, all the others I have kicked off.  I just let the phone ring twice to activate the caller I.D.  Then answer and hang up!  It may take a week or two but it is working!  Look into a unit on digitone.com.  It's suppost to eliminate all these calls.  It's 100 bucks and it's guaranteed.  I'm going to check the 'reviews' on Google and see if it's everything they say it is.  One called some time ago and I answered as a police officer and they never called back!

Called me today. Unable to understand all they said, but they had my first name and something about diabetes. I just hung up.  ID shows 'unavailable'

We got this call too, and way to early :( I want them to stop calling too!!!!

I get this call 2-3 times a day. No one answers when I pick up. I was called twice in the last 15 minutes. It is so annoying. I stop whatever I'm doing and run to answer the phone and it's hellcom again. Any advice on how to block the number?

I have no idea who this is that keeps calling me and not saying anything but one thing that I do know is that it is getting on my nerves!!

This company started phoning my number immediately upon being assigned my new number from Qwest/Century Link. I informed them that the previous holder of this number lost this number & it was just reassigned to me. They apologized, insisted they will update their files & I've been swamped with calls from them, every day since. Attempting to phone this number back just produces a busy tone. How do I get them to cease & desist?!

Dead Air, but one time I thing something about diabetes, blah, blah... I told them yes I have diabetes then said thanks and hung up. They call frequently.

Hellcom has called me three times in the last couple of days, also but I didn't get to the phone in time.  The reason folks will pick up and not get anyone on the line is that these groups have software which demon dials a bunch of numbers and when it senses a pickup, it puts that individual on hold and then, the next free telemarketer will pick up and give their sales talk.

Damn pain the butt these people.  They are the scum of the earth.  Stop calling.

Called today (12/7/2011 asked for my deceased mother. Than asked if anyone in our used diabetes supplies......hung up.

Seems like the telephone will someday be rendered useless if the volume of telemarketer calls continues to increase at the current rate. My phone rings at least 10 times a day with one of these clown entities on the line. I finally purchased a Panasonic cordless phone that allows me to save a number as a blocked number. Model number of the phone is KX-TGA651, they have lots of models that have this feature, and I'm sure other manufactures have models with this feature. After a call is blocked by the phone, the phone will ring once when that number shows up on the caller ID. It displays "Call Blocked" and then it hangs up.

got call from Hellcom, women told me she was with a Diabetes Service....I told her that I don't do business with anyone who uses my personal phone line as their advertising too, unless they want to pay for my phone bill.  After she hung up I checked with my phone company and I signed up for "call rejection" and entered 253-246-8542 as a call to reject.  This should take care of it.

Several calls in the last week. Asian accent, tried to say something about diabetic supplies then gibberish and hung up.

This number calls at least 2x's a day. I've told them numerous times to stop calling and take my name of their calling list but as soon as I say that the a**holes hang up on me. I'm so tired of it. Its harassment in my opinion. Their not even calling for me.

A telemarketer asking about Diabetics in the household is violating the HIPAA law.  That's a $50.000 dollar fine for every violation.  We can punish these telemarketers.  Please fing out details.
