Tellemarketer telling me about diabetic supplies I never ordered

Calling to solicit insurance.

Female called regarding free education, asked a question and repeated my answer to someone and cut off the line. I called the number back and got a message telling me what to do to get my number off their list.

this number is calling every five minutes.  i put my number on the federal registry for do not call
it is  a $1000.00 per occurrence if your number is on the list.

Called me several times, leaving no message.  I tried to call the number back and there was no response from my phone at all ~ no dial tone, no ringing, no anything.  Apparently it is a telemarketer, so I just blocked the number from my phone.  My phone is on the national do-not-call list, as well, and I have been receiving an increasing amount of these kind of calls.  Someone should start penalizing these companies for this kind of harassment.

This number keeps calling my cell, I don't answer because I don't know anyone with this number and they never leave a message, if someone won't leave a message I won't call them back. I'm on the do not call list, how do we stop people or companies from calling us?

where are all these unsolicated calls coming from. Please make them stop
